They are nice, it sucks though that they stopped serving Oreo Milkshakes, I had to go 15 minutes to the dairy queen in whitehouse to get one instead.

There were maybe 2 other customers in the restaurant and one more behind me in the drive through. I waited 25 minutes with no interaction from the employees pertaining to the status of my order. When I honked the horn to get someoneâs attention, no response. After a total of 30+ minutes a young Hispanic female came to the window with my order laughing and said, âsorry for the wait we were busy and in a hurry.â What is their definition of busy and in a hurry? No excuses!! The chicken salad was pathetic! Ice berg lettuce, and some chicken, no tomatoes and scant cheese, looked NOTHING like the photo on the menu. I heard this DQ was slow and bad. Will stop at the awesome DQ in Whitehouse and drive to Troup next time. I think it is really sad when service persons do not take pride in their jobs and serving others, which is the job the chose.

Online it says this Dairy Queen is open at 6am I got there and no one would come to the drive-through window. The people just ignored me while I walked up to the door and the door said opens at 7am. Not happy one bit about this. I also called three times and no answer

The food was great the portions were large everything was made fresh we came at a time right between breakfast and lunch menu change so our party had both and everyone was excellent everyone was kind and the volume of customers was low so our food was brought to us promptly and it was made fresh. My only suggestion is perhaps have some males routinely check the men's bathroom for soap or working towel dispenser and for the floors to be cleaned the bathrooms are private the bathrooms are well kept. Unfortunately on this visit those are the suggestions I have for the bathroom however everything in the lobby and as far as I could tell on the grill or kept tidy and kept neatly and cleanly. I thank them for their kindness and service on the way out and I could tell that it was appreciated.
Parking: The parking lot is well kept. No rubbish or debris (as expected in a rural place). The condition of lot is in proper order, they might need a little paint but there is no uneven or broken concrete.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible and I would suppose both men and women's bathrooms are easily accessible. As far as the men's it is a private bathroom with adequate sink and railings. In my honest review.

Recently went to dq expecting to get a cheese burger with all the veggies when asked if I would like veggies I replied yes then when I received my food there was no vegetables itâs as if they substituted all the veggies I asked for with mayo the service here is pitiful and I wouldnât recommend anyone spend there money at dq Troup Tx
