My fiancé order 2 medium pizzas from there for delivery and both pizzas were missing the sauce. He wasn’t home so one of the pizzas was eaten, pictures were sent to this establishment. The young lady continued to argue with him that there was no way the pizzas were made without sauce, she then passed the phone to someone who also continued to argue with him after they asked for the pictures to be sent.

Since you asked the question..... The last time we ordered from you, your delivery driver was asked to slow down on our road. He almost ran one vehicle off the road and that neighbor actually went to the Troup location and had words with someone up there. In response, when he left our house he punched the gas and left ruts where he kicked up dirt on our road. This has been about 5 years or so ago and the driver had a pickup truck, blue in color I believe. When I called up there and talked to someone, I was told that the delivery driver was actually the owner. We have not ordered from your store since.
So no, I do not give 1 star ratings often, as you could see by my ratings history if you bothered to look for yourself. When I give a one star review and don't leave a reply, it usually means that I'm done with that particular establishment and will never return. I do believe in supporting local businesses, but with your attitude on that last delivery, that was the final straw.

The wings weren’t cooked all the way through and the pizza was alright. It’s very messy when you eat it the top part with all the toppings came off easily.

For one person at front miss up are order we asked for a meatball sandwich two barbecue chicken sandwiches and Philly and salad we got I meatball sandwich a Philly and a grilled chicken sandwich salad and miss my wife sandwich when it is dead is not the first time we have ordered from here and missed a sandwich last time it was my son food . There's a huge difference in the word grilled and barbecue if it would have been busy I would have understood but no not when it's dead.
