They were not that busy and took forever to bring my app order. Took 10 minutes to bring my small flavorless chicken sandwich that was delivered to my car without the drink and waited another 10 minutes for my tea.

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 kids meals and a large fry
The person who took our order got it accurate and the person who brought it to us was very kind and sweet as we were coming back from Tyler where my sister had to go see the doctor and be living Nacogdoches You have a lovely restaurant there and great employees Thank you
Where to begin... waited 21 minutes after my order was placed to get my food. I only got it because I walked inside to ask if it was there or not. My truck was parked out in the stall for over 25 minutes because I ordered from my phone. While I waited those 21 minutes, two employees were on break, one had enough time to smoke a cigarette. At least one employee made eye contact with me and my passenger while we were waiting in the stall.
When I inquired about my food, someone said, "oh, I'll get it" and it was sitting on the counter for who knows how long, getting cold. Not a single, "sorry" or "my bad," just an excuse that since I was at a mobile order stall there's no button to push to let them know I'm here - I told her I told the app I was in stall 7. Also I failed to mention to her at least one other vehicle had come and gone since I had been there that was in a mobile stall order, so I know that excuse is complete bullshit. Again, not a single apology from anyone for inconveniencing me for 21 minutes (15 minutes since it was supposed to be ready). Also forgot to include the groovy sauce for the fries, which were soggy and cold by the time I got home.
Pro tip: if you see someone sitting out there for awhile and there's food ready to go out, you might want to go ask them instead of being too meek and afraid to approach a customer and ask if everything is alright or if they needed anything or if this was perhaps their order. The only reason I did not approach earlier is I'm hesitant to walk into a Sonic because they really don't like people coming in there.
Never coming back, I know the owner replies and asks if people would like to escalate this - instead why don't the owner come back AFTER you've either trained people some more or fired and replaced them and then ask me because no way in hell I'd want to waste my time again for even a free meal at this establishment that is run by amateurs.
Thankfully, at least the cheeseburger was still decent and didn't fall apart - this is why they get 3 stars on food and not lower.

Tried to order a meat and cheese burrito with jalapeños and was told that I had to order the ultimate burrito to get jalapeños. I thought there was surly a misunderstanding at the intercom so asked again at the window and it was the same. So I got a burrito with tomatoes and onions just to get jalapeños.? This doesn’t make any sense because you can make an app order and get it how you want it. I will not go back to Troup Sonic for food again. Ridiculous and a huge waste of money!

They just cannot ever get it right. I stopped going a few times, but eventually I return only to experience failure. It wasn’t busy. I was the only customer. Not sure why I got a tomato ?! I’m done. Never again. In the trash it goes. Never knew fast food was so challenging. This review is a waste of time.

I don’t normally wright bad reviews. But I’m am absolutely upset and disgusted by how Amber spoke to me over the speaker and in person. I don’t think management should have put her at the window because of her poor people skills, the kitchen suits her better..
