Best rib eye steak I’ve had in a long time the greens so delicious. Well recommended to come in and enjoy their great steak and service. Location from google maps got a bit confusing because it lead me to a county road but keep going until you see the sign with golf course.

My husband and I are driving back to our home from Athens, Tx to our home in Silt, Colorado and we were very hungry.We googled a super find in Tulia, Tx. We found Ken’s Place and were thrilled! The food was delicious. I had ribeye my husband prime rib. They were cooked perfectly. Everyone was so nice and friendly. A perfect place and delightful dinner. We will be back. We highly recommend this restaurant to all! Beautiful surroundings down a little county road wow! Relaxing and we met sweet people and had awesome service too! Thank you for this Ken’s Place restaurant!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! A hidden low key gym! Home atmosphere in one area and cafeteria/restaurant in other area.....The food......fresh picked vegetables, steaks were so fresh lawd....potatoes were REAL. If you're in Tulia look it up and swing by. I travel ALOT and this place the best thus far....

Most people would have their own definition of a county club restaurant as I used to work for one, but this is Tulia, Texas. My daughter wanted to take us to Ken's Place because she heard so much about it. When she called, she knew the owner, and her mother and I used to be close friends.She stated that their nightly special was prime rib and ribeye from 6-9.We walked in and were told to sit where we would like. We sat down at a three top back in the corner. It was nothing like I expected.There were quite a few people in there at around 6:45 when we arrived. So I figured the food must be good.The waitress came over and asked for our drink order. We placed it, and she brought them back in styrofoam cups.We then placed our order. In an hours time, they were already out of prime rib, which I really wanted my daughter to try since she'd never had it. My son wanted that also, but lol, I guess we were too late. So we ordered the ribeye with the baked potato fully loaded. I also got cabbage, my son corn nuggets.Sooooooo let's talk about the food!!!!The steak was about a 20oz cooked to perfection with the best seasoning I have ever had. And tender, ohhhhh, my goodness, easy to cut melt in your mouth type good. The potatoes were completely loaded with all the toppings, and the cabbage was very good and unique.Ken's Place might not have the country club setting, nor the atmosphere of fine dining, but it's the ABSOLUTE BEST FOOD AROUND 100 miles.I would definitely recommend if you're looking for that little country place with Fantastic Food!!!!
