Note that this place is now called Letty's Cafe. They still have the Mexican food menu, and they added plates like chicken fried steak, chicken strips, and sandwiches. The chichen fried steak was very good and it was served with two sides, mashed potatoes and fried okra.

Just a small Home town diner . Great place to stop for a burger passing through or some mexican food and sandwiches.

We went for dinner on a Monday night. When we arrived there were a couple of other tables taken, but soon thereafter the locals arrived (it appeared to be after the school’s baseball practice) - the place became busy, which added to the charm. We had the enchilada special that came with tea for $8.25 a plate. Chips and salsa too. Recommend giving this restaurant a try when you’re in Turkey TX!
