Service was great. Atmosphere was unpleasant and surroundings were disturbing to say the least. Waitstaff was treated unkindly by management. Sad that some people don't know how to treat the employees. We won't be going ever.

Visited here on 3/29/2024. There was 7 in our party,4 adults 3 kids. We had 2 Big Papa burrito's, 2 Saucer's, and 2 kids meals and a bowl of refried beans for our youngest. For dessert we got a slice of Creme Brulee cheesecake. The service was outstanding! Food was so delicious! The picture is of the Big Papa Burrito. We will definitely return.

Love eating here, their restaurant is so clean and has a nice, cozy atmosphere. The food is always on point, great price for the generous portions. They are always happy to customize to my liking. I love that the owners hop in the kitchen or serve when they're busy. It speaks volumes to see them actively helping their employees.Gotta try the “Texas sized” quesadillas and burritos. Yum!

This place makes me feel like part of the family, and I feel spoiled from the great service when I request something different from the menu.

My family and I come here about once a week. I always get the ground beef flautas and double steak burrito. The food is delicious every time and comes out fast. The inside decor is very nice as well.

The first time I went here I didn’t realize how hard the owners worked and how dedicated they were, not only to being the best at what they do but also satisfying their customers. The food is excellent and the service is amazing. They are there to constantly back up their servers and step up to the plate. This place is amazing and a great small town welcome is always there when you walk in. Chris and Adryana go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome!! I hope to see them here for many years to come. And let me also say that you definitely get your money’s worth here!!Kid-friendliness: This is a safe place for kids. Very family oriented.

We had a private party there recently and it was awesome. They set the table so nicely for us and made custom menus to celebrate our occasion all without being asked. The food and service were amazing as always!

Let's start with the good. Den 83 has taken an old convenience store and made it purdy! The remodel is very inviting and makes you want to stay and sit a while. Televisions to watch the Rangers and Cowboys. (Please win tonight!) Savanna gave us a good description of several items and we ordered. When the food arrived, it all looked quite plain. Well, looks are deceiving. Everything was delicious! The saucer is a fancy version of the crunchwrap supreme at Taco Bell, which I love. Well, the saucer was just outstanding! Throw in deep fried and covered in queso, winner! Tommy got Chris's burrito, deep fried and covered in queso, of course. That's one of the biggest burritos I've ever seen. Glenda's chicken quesadilla was huge, and equally delicious. Oops! I forgot the cheeseburger egg rolls for an appetizer. Awesome! As you can see, we really enjoyed our meal. Now let's talk about the bad. After I had paid, I compared my bill to the menu. We were overcharged on half the items on the ticket. I will assume the menu is just not up to date. Savanna should have said something, or maybe she didn't know. I will talk to the manager next time we visit. And we will go again, because the food is wonderful! Y'all need to make a trip to Tuscola, Texas!

Great little place- it's been many different restaurants , never been to those but THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Try the Flautas- they are the best I've ever tried!

I loved that this place is a restaurant now but we must have came in when food was running low, service was not so good but the waitress was very kind, she seemed overwhelmed. The food took 2 hours to make as well as our appetizer which came with 10 chips total and one cup of salsa (ran out of ingredients for the trio). There was no option for burritos, quesadillas, or salads. I’m definitely going to come back when they get more established. I really want to see this restaurant thrive!

Tonight was our first time to try Den80. It was a spur of the moment decision and we stopped purely because of the cars outside. We were familiar with both of its predecessors at this location and had been interested, but from driving past an comments on their social media page, their hours were not "solid" and they closed for various family functions. I get that; but it's problematic for a relative new business in a small town. If this was a very trendy, popular, unique business in a metropolitan area that might fly. Whether it "works" in Tuscola remains to be see. We were warmly greeted at the door by a young man and immediately seated. This place isn't huge - it used to be a convenience store/service station that served breakfast and a few other meals - but they have basically made a few changes from the previous owner so it's pleasant and not crowded with tables. That's welcome. They were fairly busy with only a few vacant tables that filled up before we finished our meal. The service was very good. Someone (not always "our" server) stopped by our table often to see if we were okay or needed something. I was anticipating a fairly long wait because I had read that there were two people working the kitchen. We had also read that service wasn't up to par, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. The wait once we ordered was a little longer than we'd like, but I didn't sense that it was as long as some had previously reported. I wasn't ever looking toward the kitchen on high anticipation or angry glares. We both ordered burritos. My wife ordered the regular and I ordered Chris's Combo. They are served a la carte with some thin salsa. I can't say it was great, but it was adequate and didn't taste bad. I couldn't really compare to other popular burrito establishments because there was a lot of rice on this burrito. If I were to go back, I probably would try something other than the burrito. A couple of comments that perhaps the owners will take note of.... You have a social media presence with food offerings mentioned along with attractive ohotos. But some of those items aren't on the menu, including what you pictured and stated was the most popular thing on the menu. that's somewhat disappointing. There was also mention of $5 margarita Thursday, but when we asked about that, our server indicated it had been changed. You fine folks have a chance to do well. You have a needed service establishment in a relatively small, but rapidly growing community. Timing is on your side, along with the location and the local patrons. Recognizing that you are new at this - yes, we read your story - and possibly trying new things, there is a lot to be said for consistency, especially if something is the the most popular. That, and the mediocre flavor of the burrito cost two stars, but the excellent service earned one of those back.We will return and sincerely hope you find your rhythm and are successful.
