We had the chicken fried steak and catfish and both were great. Very tender and just overall good.

The newest restaurant in the white Tuscola Cafe building. There's a new restaurant in this building about every 6 months. I hope Momma Yoli's stays awhile. Staff is mostly family and super friendly. I tried the chicken fried steak, of course. When it came out, for the price, I thought it was kind of small, and the gravy pretty thin and runny. Well, I'm here to tell you, looks are deceiving. One of the best chicken fried steaks I've had in a while. You know what I'm talking about. You take that first bite and go "oh my god this is good"! The gravy was runny but damn it was good! The French fries were fresh hand cut, but a little soft for me. I like my fries crispy. I used the toast to wipe the plate clean. You can do that when your out in the country! The banana pudding was fresh, so we had to have some. It was warm and delicious. I prefer cold so maybe next time. Yes, make the drive out to Tuscola so you can try Momma Yoli's. you'll like it!

chicken fried steak was very tough had issues cutting it with a butter knife I heard other customers asking for a steak knife that ordered a chicken fry

My wife and I really enjoyed eating here! The food is great, and they have fairly large portion sizes. We both got cheeseburgers and were happy with our choices. However, everything on the menu sounds delicious, and we will definitely be going back to try more things! If you're in the area, I recommend trying this place!
friendly atmosphere. solid food - delicious! we had chicken fried steak, chicken parmesan (like a chicken fried chicken almost - so good!) and kids had cheese burgers ... homemade buns, great burgers. everything was delicious
