Another small town hidden gem. The Chinese food is absolutely delicious. Their fried rice is well seasoned and well put together. I am grateful that we have this restaurant in this small town!
We made our first visit out to Chimmy's today and were not at all disappointed! Greeted by friendly employees and a short 10 min wait later, we had the best chinese food I have found in the Abilene area in the 5 years we have been here! Everything was fresh and packed with flavor and definitely enough food in my order for 2 to 3 meals! First place we've received fried rice that we didnt have to add soy sauce or flavor to! can't wait to go back
The first time I went to Shirley’s was back in 2012. This was my first time experiencing Kolaches. I was in love at the first bite. It was the best thing I had ever eaten. The donuts was great also. Everything I ate was so fresh, and amazing. Shirley’s had made me a Kolaches snob because every one I’ve tried throughout the years I’ve said it’s no where near as good as Shirley’s. Now I have to go to Shirley’s first thing when I go to Houston. My best friends parents...
