They told me to have a field day with Mel and the food was great 100% great and I advise anybody come here it’s up with the manager

Curly fries are better than the regular fries. Curly fries seem more fresh since those are the most popular. We had the beef and cheddar and it was good. Small sandwiches but still a filler. Apple turnovers were fresh and delicious. Mozzarella sticks were also good. Paty helped us out and she was very friendly and had great customer service.

Went through the drive through, Patty, the drive through worker cut us off at every opportunity, asked us for sauce said she gave us some and then when she didn't visibly sighed and put some sauce in the bag. Upon arriving home my 9 piece had 7 pieces in it aswell as the double we were charged an insane amount for was a classic. Definitely steer away from this Arby's. I've worked in fast food and it's NOT hard to put a smile on your face and do your job.

The drive through lady was short and rude, she acted like she had better things to do than to serve me lunch. I would not recommend. I just noticed that they had very poor reviews, had I noticed this prior to stopping. I would not have stopped here. Obviously the owner takes no pride in his business or his employees. UPDATE.. SADLY ENOUGH, THE OWNER GAVE ME SOME WEBSITE TO GO TO AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYBODY... ARBY'S OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WOULD AVOID THIS AND ALL ARBY'S, FROM NOW ON

Wth is this? It's supposed to be a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. Sure could've fooled me. The cashier that handed us the food was nice and that's why I gave 2 stars. We waited for 20 mins just to get cold fries and slop. I will never return to this location.

Bought the hype on TV about the HUGE pulled pork sandwich and was extremely disappointed with the portion size. It did not remotely resemble what is advertised and I was actually shocked at how small and flat it is.
To be fair, it was tasty and might come back to try something else but there's better options in UC and much more generous portions.
Service was non existent. No greeting or thank you or a smile. The bag was shoved out the window without a word. I said thank you to a blank stare and zero response.

Full disclosure: I'm a big Arby's fan. But ignoring that for a moment, the Pat Booker location in Universal City knocks it out of the park every time. The food, service, and dining area are always great. And right now (March 2025) they've got a $6.99 crispy chicken or fish sandwich with LARGE drink and LARGE fries included. What a deal! Come for the fish and grab some toast beef sandwiches to go!
