Just bought a classic chicken sandwich 10 minutes ago, waited 15 minutes in drive-thru and the chicken is still raw inside. Whoever is about to buy for your kids, think about possible salmonella.

Used the drive thru went I went to pick up dinner. There was quite a line when I got there. Had a quick conversation w the person at the window right before it started to rain. They had everything hot and nothing missing. The crinkle fries here are crispy and delicious and always salted just right!

We went to one first. But they were so understaffed. The one guy who was doing all the work by himself. And it smelled like the oil was old in the fryer. So we left, and went to another. The young girl was preoccupied with the manager. Who was going to Starbucks. To buy her something chocolate. Didn't even acknowledge us. I could go on. But I won't. Very disappointed ?

We like to come here sometimes after church, and the people are always so kind to us. The food is always hot and fresh, and we like the smallness of the store, making it cozy and warm, inviting. A great place for our family to feel safe.

Went for the new Deluxe Burger which is what I ordered, but not what I received. The curly fries were very overcooked. Guess some things just look better on TV.

I was very disappointed today. They were not busy at all but I made my order and had a coupon and it was repeated back to me. I pay for the order and I double check like always my recipt..but I was taken back by the fact that they charged me the regular price for some items that the coupon was for. I told the lady at the drive thru and she had the manager come and fix the issue. She then said she could refund it, which from my understanding was to refund the difference of the items that the coupon was for. Nope, refunded my entire order...then asked if they could help me....I then said I never received my order...yes it seems like one big misunderstanding. The manager then redid my order and put other xoupins on as well but when I got home I checked my recipt (shame on me for not checking again before leaving), one sandwich wasn't even on the order, which was repeated back to me in the beginning. It's just lack of training. But very frustrating for me when I order for 5 people and have 2 very hungry kids in my car. I'm giving 2 stars because at least the manager was nice and tried to help but it was just a mess. If we decide to go back, it will be at a different location.
