Showed up with my stamp card full of punches… expecting a free item… only to be told “we don’t accept those anymore because now we use the app”… ok I understand that but how about those of us who haven’t been in the area for a While and still have our card showing loyalty to the business?!! We usually go every Friday after school for a treat to end the week. We didn’t make it last night so we went today. Asked for flat tops and only got 1. Asked for a chocolate Bahama mama Rama and got vanilla. We usually have no issues but disappointed in todays experience.
I like Bahama bucks. However, fix your Google page! I have googled Bahama Buck’s Universal City multiple times and every time I get the wrong time you close because you can’t seem to figure out how to fix that. If you’re going to change your hours, change it everywhere!
