Love it it’s really good I recommend it a lot but it might be busy and a bit slow but other than that it’s really good can’t wait to go another time do recommend for celebrating but pricy

Good visit - real shaved ice - throwback to my days in Hawaii. Would recommend but a point off for sticky tables inside and bees swarming my table outside. Overall the food was top-notch.

This location has a small footprint and can be difficult getting in and out of because of the parking lot size. Service and product are good ; total for a Bahama Bucks.

Service was a bit slow but nice but the building smelled awful like sewage and ammonia cleaner had a baby. We couldn’t sit inside it was so bad and everyone was looking for a table outside as well. Got home and started feeling sick and I’m certain it was from the snow cone and the smell. Won’t be back ever. But hope management checks on the employees who dealt with this awful smell all day because I’m sure they are sick from it too.

Every time im here the employees are slacking and chit chatting. They take their time filling orders and never do smoothies in a timely manner. As someone who used to work here it makes me sad seeing service go down hill. I know they can work faster than they do. Needs better management. The drinks and snow cones are always good so no complaint there but we shouldn't wait in line for 20-30 minutes for one smoothie on a day that they are empty. We get to the window and they haven't even started it. All the dirty blenders piled up not being rinsed. Every time im in there its always sticky everywhere. Hope this gets better! We love bahama bucks but have started coming less because of service.

The wait is way too long. You shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins or longer In the drive through so flavored ice.they need to pick either just inside service or drive thru both doesn’t work for them
I just left. The line wasn't even long but they were going so slow. Guess I'm just gonna start going to lighthouse shaved ice since it's by me.

I usually frequent here but today was highly disappointed. Got my order taken after 10-15 mins to then wait at the window for another 30 minutes not greeted or anything. Couldn't even get my items. Wasn't elven told bout a issue or delay. Was ignored even with employees making eye contact with me. Not a big deal if it was just me but I had my toddler and this was not a favorable experience
