My husband and I have been going here every week for a while now and the quality of treats has always been good!My biggest gripe is the parking lot, but nothing that the actual employees can really do about that. Just be aware that you can get trapped by long drive thru lines easily if you go!And for the love of everything holy, please get these workers some more staff. They're running around like crazy people trying to juggle everything with lines backed up onto the main road. Less workers during peak times = less money made. I don't know how many times I see cars pull out of the line because of how long it's taking. However I don't know what this business expects if they won't staff properly. It isn't the first time I've had to wait an entire hour (I'm not exaggerating) in the drive thru.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Despite there being four staff members present, I had to wait an excruciating 32 minutes for just one snowcone and one drink. Not only was the wait unacceptable, but the server didn't even offer an apology. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the snowcone was completely melted and tasted nothing like it usually does. It was just a sad concoction of melted chocolate ice and chocolate ice cream. Definitely won't be returning anytime soon. Lastly, no one will answer a call so I may get my money back..

Took my family to enjoy a treat and was finishing our sno when right at 9 a girl came up and told us they closed and we had to leave. No customer service skills at all in this place.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly staff

Been here several times over the years. My personal favorite chamoy, chili sand and watermelon flavoring. Tastes just like the mexican watermelon candy lollipop I use to eat as a kid. SO GOOD! Not for everyone but SO awesome!!! ?

My husband and I have ordered 2x from yall and we've never had an issue. The snow comes are delicious! We have to wait mayyyybe 5 minutes but it's worth it! Definitely a place to visit when I'm in the area!
