The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because of how often they are closed when they say open. We moved and so we rarely go anymore and drove down from NB today to find a sign on front saying they don't open until 2 instead of 11 due to catering. Pretty disappointing. Love it otherwise no other Hawaiian in the area compares.

This is a family owned business. Get out there and support it.The Loco Moco was the best I have had since I was in Hawaii. The Katsu chicken is the best. Crispy light a favorable. The staff friendly from the time you walk in till the time you leave.

I got the pahlua steak, I thought the steak was somewhat overcooked and tough, I kept getting bites of fat and gristle, was not impressed, rice was tasteless and macaroni and cheese was cold. My husband had the moco loco and said it was alright but I don’t think we will be returning ?

My husband and I have heard about this place for a while now and live not far from them and thought we’d drop in for our first time and boy did it not disappoint. The food was spectacular and the service was amazing. I love supporting family owned businesses and we will continue to come here and support them. My husband got the 2 meat plate (kalua pig and the teri beef) and loved it! I got the butter garlic pulehu steak and it was so tender and the flavor was AMAZING! We can’t wait to go back and try a few other items ?.
