It used to be really good, but it’s gone downhill since the new management, had a enchiladas plate. Food was cold, like legit cold, rice was undercooked and the crema tasted odd, sadly a once good place to eat, is now sub par. Service was decent at best.

Don't pay attention to the negative opinions of the former administrators and their family attacking the current administration, now everything is different from the attention to the
Sazón the quality and the excellent environments and the affordable prices

This is Authentic Mexican food, from Central Mexico, i.e. Mexico City. I had their Birria, which was Wonderful!
It's a little cafe' off of Pat Booker / the main drag, just a block off Randolp AFB's entrance!
Dietary restrictions: The managing waitress listened carefully & excluded peppers I cannot have.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into the front door!

Just moved to the area, wanted some good food, and my goodness we found it! Amazing service calling in the order and picking up, she was very sweet! Very unique red salsa flavor that’s like no where else I’ve had and it’s a delicious combo with the green!
Got the quesadilla which had more than enough food for the price. A little greasy but that’s a given with the cheese in the quesadilla.

Went to have breakfast here today and I have to say the food was delicious very authentic and the portions were very generous for the price. I will be continuing to come and have breakfast here very often. Great job guys thank you for very good service.
I placed an order to go as I was stopping by the area, and the Birria Tacos were exactly what I was looking for. This will be my go-to whenever I’m in the area. Soo good! Even had enough for the next day😄

First time trying this restaurant. The Huevos Rancheros were awesome. And those homemade corn tortillas. Oh my goodness!! We’re definitely coming back and putting this place on our dining rotation.

First time here. This is now my favorite breakfast taco place. Homemade tortillas were delicious. The serving size was generous. Was thrilled to get a nopal taco. Love the food.

Haven't tasted the food yet... been 20 minutes. Other people walked in and got chips after me. No chips, no food. Not sure if I want to come back
This is one of the best traditional Mexican restaurants around. Absolutely amazing food. I strongly recommend the chilaquiles divorciados for breakfast or the quesabirria for lunch. Portions are huge and everything is well seasoned. The sauce, the beans, the potatoes, the queso fresco and crema, literally everything was delicious. Tortillas were soft, delicate and fresh. I feel bad I overlooked this restaurant for so long. Here, in northeast San Antonio, we have very few hot spots for eating out, but this restaurant is definitely it. I hope they stay open for a long time! 💯
