My husband and I dropped by Bubbas for the second time in our lives, really charmed by our experience at a different location. We were blown away by not only the delicious food, but by our amazing service from Koston!
He made our first date night out in literal months extra special and gave us the royal treatment. He was very polite but still personable and a very charming individual!
Thank you again Koston for the amazing service and for suggesting such great food for the beginning of our night out!

Ordered to go and food wasnt ready until almost 20 mins AFTER the scheduled pick up time. Fries were absolutely trash and i couldnt eat them. I tried them in the parking lot but didnt feel like going back in to have better ones. Boneless wings were ok...nothing special. Third and last time going there.

Bubba's 33 is my favorite place and we are new to San Antonio. I guess after 15 minutes after being seated, we asked if we were going to be waited on, the response of the wait staff should have prompted me to go ahead and leave. But, i know reasons exist so we stayed. After watching the adjacent table receive our drinks, we should have left. 45 minutes after our drinks, we finally received our. sandwich and dip. Food was okay, not the typical level typically experienced. Service was the main issue. Hopefully, this was just an off night for the staff. We'll try again to see because everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

Edit 12/15/25: taking a star away because they don't have Angry Orchard on draft anymore, so I just ordered a regular coke and of course that's flat 🤷🏻♂️. Love this place. The Bubba burger is on point, and their pizza s excellent as well. You can't go wrong here.

The past three times we have been there we have been disappointed and tonight was our three strikes and your out. Steak had no flavor and the wings tasted horrible.. and it took us a while to get our appetizer. Service and food were all around horrible.

Offers a wide array of food choices including burgers, pizza, pastas, wings, etc. Server was upbeat and friendly. Place had two large bars and too many TVs to count. Called ahead with a group of >25 and they handled our party without issue. Pricing was surprisingly low for quality of food and drinks. Would recommend.

Food is normally on-point. I only do take-out, and I've had several issues with the hostess/host people at the front, over the years. They're better about bringing food out now, but I used to have to wait like half an hour even after my food was reported as being ready. Either the host/hostess just wasn't anywhere to be found, or when they do bring the food, theres often items missing. When I show them, they are usually bothered to have to retrieve the additional items. Other than that, would have been a 5. I'll put up with their attitude once a month for a good dinner.
