Firstly, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Manager Alex, who is undoubtedly the best manager one could ask for. He consistently demonstrates kindness and a willingness to go above and beyond for me. His exceptional customer service skills and genuine concern for patrons make him a breath of fresh air. The food and service provided under his management are consistently fresh, fast, and courteous, which keeps me returning. It is a pleasure to interact with him, and I extend my gratitude to the company for hiring such an outstanding manager to lead a great team. As it is often said, effective management is the cornerstone of success, and Alex embodies this principle. He is an invaluable asset to the company, and I firmly believe that you will not find a better Burger King establishment anywhere. Therefore, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Alex for consistently displaying a positive attitude and providing exemplary care to all customers. His demeanor is truly exemplary, and I also extend my appreciation to his parents for raising such an outstanding individual. Very impressed with the young man taking my order today in the drive thru. Multi tasking and getting it right, friendly and very professional. Great food and experience. We actually tried to go to the one off nacogdoches rd. by rolling oaks mall but they were closed. I'm glad. Last time I was there the lady yelled at me. This location is top notch with me.

Terribly slow, be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes in the drive thru during lunch. The staff is unprofessional. Most recent example: I ordered a whopper meal. Finally got to the window, and the guy told me to pull forward. I had to go in 10 minutes later only to find out, he forgot he told me to pull forward. Then the manager chastised him right in front of the customers. If there was another drive-thru restaurant on base, I wouldn't bother.

This place is all around bad the drive thru takes forever to take your order I've left because they never come back to take my order and when I do get my order the food is cold and the bread is old and falling apart. Changes need to be made this is an AIR FORCE BASE need workers that take their responsibility to serve the PAYING CUSTOMER a great product

Extremely slow service. This place doesn't know how to utilize their resources. Staff is friendly but you'll be waiting forever to get food. Stood in line for almost 10 mins and food another 15-20. Burned half my lunch hour 😩
