This place is all around bad the drive thru takes forever to take your order I've left because they never come back to take my order and when I do get my order the food is cold and the bread is old and falling apart. Changes need to be made this is an AIR FORCE BASE need workers that take their responsibility to serve the PAYING CUSTOMER a great product

This has got to be the slowest BK in TX. 10 to 15 minutes wait every single time you walk in.

Extremely slow service. This place doesn't know how to utilize their resources. Staff is friendly but you'll be waiting forever to get food. Stood in line for almost 10 mins and food another 15-20. Burned half my lunch hour 😩

We bought 2 crispy chicken sandwich meals on 29 October at Randolph BX. It was greasy, dark and tasteless.

Went there twice......both bad. Worst Burger king ever. Stood there 10 minutes at 11 am while 3 or 4 people were cleaning. Nobody attempted to take our order. We left. The first time I waited 45 min for a salad. This is on a military base. These guys deserve better!

This place is soooooo slow. It took 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, and I was the only one in line in the drive-thru. And forget about lunch. It's better to go off base. You will get your food and make it back on base before you can get your order here. They need more people.

The customer was standoffish and unwelcoming. The guy with medium length hair was work and one other person in the back. We ordered two meals, and both burgers were bad. The patty was burnt and looked like the party was cooked early and on on stand by. Then they threw cheese on it. It didn't even melt. So the patty and cheese were cold.

Went to the Randolph Burger King today (6/13/2024). The place was empty, only one person waiting for food. The person working the window came to the cash register since there were no cars in the drive thru. Did not say anything just looking down with an attitude and told another person to take my order. The next person was friendly and took my order. I ordered the croissant with egg, ham and cheese. Four persons were working and it took 20 min to get my food. I guess they had to catch the chicken first to get the egg. It does not take 20 min to prepare and order like this. Order placed at 10:05, my name was called to get my order 10:25. No wonder the place was empty.

Parking: parking was available, no problem with parking
