“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“

“it was good while it was hot but if you do not eat it fast enough it will get cold only the staffs are nice and the manager was very nice to me because I am handicapped and cannot do much but the car service was too long need more help on the window He waited almost two hour on the window until finally came inside to get that meal Both to our name they are new so have to give them a chance people so let's go San Antonio to Charlie Philly steak“

“Truly one of the best Charley’s to dine at. My wife and I decided to stop in after shopping and we both left full and happy. I had my usual original cheesesteak and ultimate fries with a lemonade. My wife had the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings. My cheesesteak and ultimate fries were simply delicious. So now on to the wings. I would have never thought wings at Charley’s would be some serious contenders. Now I wasn’t a fan of the garlic parm, but only because it’s not my flavor. But the lemon pepper is more to my liking. The wings were not only full of flavor, but very crispy. The garlic parm were also crispy and my wife really enjoyed them. Now with that out of the way. I have to give a huge thank you to Mike for providing great service throughout our time there. Remember my lemonade? Prior to leaving Mike asked if I would like a refill. That kind of gesture you don’t get from anywhere often and that just shows that the customer remains a priority from ordering to walking out the door full and happy. Thank you again Mike and to the cook. This Charley’s location will definitely be our go to in the future.“

“Had best experience yesterday went around 12 Henry did explain that he was training new shift leader he was very proud doing his job explaining to new guy what came on each sandwich how to talk to guest and take orders you need more people like Henry at your stores he offered me try old school my first time here let me tell u he made best old school Sand wish I will be back for old school and cheese fries best sweet tea I had in long time I thought bill millers had best sweet tea y'all tea great I wish y'all had shakes ice cream it's ok I will be back“
