Ive never had a bad chick fila experience, until now. I frequent this location very often as I live virtually across the street. I mobile order every time and it takes forever each time. Constant regular drive up goes by quicker while mobile is a stand still. Really just need some improvement on managing the lines. Also seems a bit of the workers do not know what they are doing so maybe more training on some of the new staff. Really hope it improves!

Food is good. Just had a couple of times where I placed an order on the Mobile Thru and the the line that placed their order there, moved out 3-4 cars before I received my order. The inside service is great.

The new mobile thru line is basically a reg drive thru line. They are not any faster in face the drive thru line ran faster while I waited 20mins for my that I placed 15mins before I got here.

Most aggressive experience at chick fil an ever, didn’t know I was rolling up to wrestlemania 3 to wrestle the hulkster himself.
Felt like I was speaking to my father after breaking the window to the kitchen while playing catch with my brothers.
What is it with fast food places now these days? No condiments, no sauces, no utensils, no nothing. Do we ALWAYS have to check bags before leaving to make sure that y’all are doing YOUR job. Whats the point of asking/ordering stuff through the app if yall don’t even get it right.

Very disappointed. I arrived at the drive thru before 10:15. The breakfast menu was out and I ordered chicken biscuits. I waited more than 20 minutes for my order and I didn't get what I ordered. They gave me the lunch menu, which I didn't want nor did I order.

This is a late post but the chicken and waffle sandwich was delicious! The waffle was a little tough (hard) then I expected but having bacon on it was delicious!! I hope they bring them back permanently
