I love that this location was built by our house which made it super convenient for deliveries and mobile orders. However, this is another instance where I have a placed an order and received an incomplete order, it has been happening with deliveries, pickups, and it happened again today on my mobile order I placed. I have always complimented how Chik fil a in general is one of the most efficient fast food chains to ever exist. With that being said I think there needs to be more attention to detail and taking the time to make sure the orders are complete before handing the customer the bag.

Food was fine as usual. The issue with this location is the way the drive through is designed. They have regular drive thru on one side and the mobile thru on the other. Only one person working regular side and the line was so long I couldn't easily get into the mobile side. Leaving was just as hard since the line was so backed up I couldn't even leave. Poorly designed location.

Slowest Chick Fil A Ive ever been to. Every single time i order here i use “mobile thru” its nowhere near faster than the Drive Thru this Drive thru takes way too long to get through I have never experienced slowness from an establishment like i have here.
