They close at 10pm, I go in at 9:10 and they literally have nothing but a scoop and half of chicken left
zero other protein options. I understand trying to pre-close but almost an hour before close they have zero options?? What’s the point in being open until 10pm, might as well have just closed at 9pm and saved everyone time. Worst part is 2 other cars parked looking for service as I left, I can only imagine how many others were coming to get food for the night. I told one car getting out. That they had nothing left to serve, he said “damn this location always does this,” good to know they’ve got a reputation and I wasn’t crazy.

If you close at 10pm, be stocked and prepared for service until 10pm. I’ve worked and run a reputable restaurant in town, I understand the industry. To stop producing and closing an hour before close is a horrible business practice. Makes sense why this location is averaging less than 3 stars, should be lower.

Insisted on me making an online order to heat up a quesadilla halfway through my order. Was rude, and refused to heat it up because of oven “being full” even though another worker heated up a mans quesadilla right behind me in front of me. Terrible service!

I scheduled to pick up my dinner. The restaurant is completely empty but they said they couldn't help me because I was 8 minutes too early. So i have to wait in my truck before i can approach the window agian i was told. Im sitting in my truck.... And cannot believe these employees tell people to leave and come back in 8 min

This location sucks so hard... Ordered through Uber eats and the bowl was less than half empty, one burrito was made completely wrong and the other burrito had a PIECE OF HARD PLASTIC in it.

Normally I don't take the time to leave negative reviews if the company resolves the issue, but in this situation, they keep sending me to Uber eats and Uber eats keeps saying we have to call Chipotle.

We just wanted replacements. But neither are bothering to take accountability for the screwed up order.

But good job. I'm spreading this everywhere since apparently customer service is lost on y'all.

Chipotle is my go-to when I want something relatively healthy but still packed with flavor. The bowls are filling, and I love adding all the different salsas and toppings. It's a great choice for a quick lunch or dinner.

This location is crap! Ordered dinner via Uber Eats tonight. 1st bowl was missing brown rice and cheese, paid for double steak and had mostly fajita mix, red salsa, and sour cream. 2nd Bowl was missing it's gauc, also paid for double barbacoa and had almost no meat. When you try calling to complain it redirects you to the Chipotle website which then redirects you to Uber Eats. No Accountability. $50 bucks for this crap.

Can't even get a door dash order right. Just rice and beans in my bowl, no veggies cheese or guac/extra meat. Ordered a large chips and queso, sent a small order of queso and no chips. My wife's burrito had 2 hairs in it. Used to love chipotle since I worked there, standards sure have dropped
