Whoever was the 2 girls working tonight 12/3/25 @ 6:14pm they were rude and had the worst customer service. The worst experience I’ve had. Do better.

I don't understand why you would stop traffic in the merge lane when the line is backed up to take orders and have no one at the window. Had an online order and couldn't pull up because you wanted to take orders in the merge lane instead of walking with your customer forward to keep the line moving.

I ordered a strawberry, raspberry lemonade with sweet cream and soft top. OH MY GOODNESS SO GOOD!!! Dutch bros NEVER disappoints!!! Got super excited and had to start drinking it so that's why it may look a little underfilled lol but it's so good!

I always go there and I get the same thing every time! The soft top is supposed to be measured and poured. I’ve never had a problem before but today there was an Asian, slim, tall and feminine guy who free handed it. I asked for more with a please and he rolled his eyes at me and handed to me in a cup. He said to put on top he’d have to make it over and “here” and shoved the cup in my hand! I have never! It was that serious that I had to review the location! DO BETTER! Usually everyone is friendly he shouldn’t be dealing with people with his attitude!

Every protein coffee drink i've ever had has basically just been milk. Where's the coffee? Where's the flavor? Im paying near $7 for a cup of hot milk.

This drive-thru coffee shop has always been one of my favorites fast, consistent, and super convenient. But what really sets it apart is the amazing service, especially from one employee I believe her name is Tatiyana.
Even through the drive-thru window, Tatiyana brings so much warmth and energy to every interaction I have had(I go every morning before work lol). She’s always smiling, always kind, and somehow manages to make even a quick coffee run feel personal and uplifting. Whether it's remembering my order, recommending something new, or just brightening my morning with a cheerful “have a great day,” she goes above and beyond. Her positivity is genuine and she clearly cares about the customers she serves.

Lately they are very understaffed im guessing . The wait has gotten extensive. I went to the window instead of drive thru to avoid the line because they are supposed to help walk up customers first . I was told “i will be with you in a few minutes” while he continued to make four more drive through orders . Once my order was taken and $$ he went back to making drive thru drinks at this point im 20 mins into my work break and standing in 90 degree heat while visibly 8 months pregnant . The girl who was taking the orders outside came inside and took the guys order from behind me I explained to her ive been waiting 25 mins for my coffee and if he isnt making it now or next i would just like my $$ back . She walked away a few mins and came back with my $$ instead of just making my coffee real quick . Wasted my whole break standing in the heat still no coffee !!

won’t go to this dutch location anymore. Followed directions by picking the shortest line and the guy skipped me by taking all the orders behind me. I pulled up to the window and told them he had skipped me and they took my order. I normally tip but today i didn’t, the guy that was running didn’t even come up to my car to ask if i had been helped. When I placed my order at the window they made the drinks for all the cars behind me instead of making my fast (i get they have to go in order but still). Then 5 of them preceded to go out and talk to a former employee before they even made my drink. When my drink was handed to me it had coffee dripping all down the sides of it. I normally don’t write bad reviews but I just had to this time.
