El Toro is a good restaurant and the waitress was nice and friendly. I ordered the chiliqules but I asked for no egg but they said they had to give me the egg so I ordered it on the side but they still put it on the plate. They barely gave me any chiliWylie’s the potatoes tasted like they had been in the freezer for a while they were not very good. The salsa was delicious. The tortillas were very good and tasty the beans Had good flavor, but we’re on the dry side. This place overall was a good experience but could’ve been better.

Have been eating there for over 25 years. Quality of food has always been exceptional, whether dining in or taking out. Best breakfast tacos in town. Have enjoyed the soup as well.Vegetarian options: They try to accommodate everyone and will make suggestions or recommendations to satisfy the customer.Parking: Service is fast so turnover of customers allows excellent customer parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They accommodate everyone.

Love breakfast at El Torro, great food and excellent wait staff. Just wish that they had more than one non meat item on the lunch/dinner menu.
I work at Randolph airforce base and stop in to pickup my breakfast tacos which are really good. So far this place is the best on my way to work. The do have daily specials. The only bad is that they do not have a drive thru. I will usually call in my order and it is ready when i arrive. I believe that they open at 5am.
