Food is always good but the man with tattoos on his arms at the front is extremely rude and obviously lacks customer service experience. Nothing mayor happened but it was the way he responded to my question in a nasty demeanor. I went up 20 min before 10 not knowing they weren’t open yet & asked how long before the chicken was ready, he responded in a plain rude way stating they weren’t open until 10 which is fine it was the way it was stated. I left and came back at around 10:02 he looked at me and waited a little before walking up to me I asked if I could get 2 birds & yet again asked me to give him some time because they weren’t open yet, so which was it? He was obviously just annoyed because I was back to buy I’m guessing? I’ve never experienced anyone else working here at heb to be like that but he was pretty shitty. This happened today on 9/8

I ordered double protein for 12 dollars. They barely gave anything while i asked a simple question about the meat cuts and the young man cutting the meat seemed to not know. very sad and hungry!

Parys did an amazing job servicing me with my Tuesday special. She asked me what i wanted politely and she had a smile on her face the whole time. Give her a raise! I’m definitely coming back for seconds. Yum!

You can’t make this, this good at home

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Carol. It was busy and she was the only one working behind the counter.
She worked fast, proficient, and was friendly to all her customers.
Now that was a Team Player....on a mission!

The only problem is the tortillas are put in with fajitas and that causes them to break where they are not useable. I have asked to put them separate but they put them where they still are broken into two pieces.

Friendly, helpful staff. Food is exceptional.
