It has been a while since I have purchased the cake called Heavenly delight. I purchased a small one tonight for my birthday. There was hardly any filling in between the layers. And a bit on the dry side, I was very disappointed.

You know, I’ve run into a lot of rude employees here but nothing like the old woman that works in the bakery. She has 0 customer service skills. When I first walked up, I was just browsing the book they had for cakes you could order. There is a man who works there as well and he was wonderful. So kind and helpful. ( I’m sorry, I didn’t catch any names.) this situation made me uncomfortable and upset. I went about my business looking at the book and all of a sudden I hear some lady scream towards me “WERE NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS” Extremely rude and unprofessional. If that’s the case then politely let me know your hours or when you stop taking orders because your website says you close at 8pm and I didn’t know. I was so uncomfortable that I just ended up leaving.

Regarding the HEB in Universal City on Kitty Hawk; as a delivery driver who delivers for all HEB’s in this part of the city, the load time at this location is very slow. I hope management will take note and do something to speed up loading time for delivery drivers! Thanks

This was my HEB, but I’ll drive out of my way now to go to another. The railroad tracks y’all installed at both exits are ridiculous, you should get the hint when there’s a pile around em of tail lights and other stuff that’s fallen off peoples car. I know I’m not the only one who won’t go back till those are gone.

Thank you Kitty Hawk HEB Bakery Dept for our themed toddler cake!! The fruit filling layered cake was fresh, moist and so delicious! We all loved it and half a sheet was perfect for our party size. Our whole odering experience assured us; this is a good professional team, who cares about the customers, the tasty treats they offer and create!!!
I just needed to go in and pick up a few things. I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. I love this location and have been going there since it was built. Everyone that works at this store is so nice and helpful. This location is always clean and looks really nice on the inside and out.

Love the store but their curbside is the worst!! Honestly dont knkw what the point of an appointment is when you wait 30-45 min for them to bring the stuff. I almost never use it bc its just awful.

When I moved to Texas I was amazed at both the quantity and quality of H-E-B’S produce! The produce is always fresh! The ready to eat salads and sandwiches are fresh better ingredients and just far better quality than Wal-Mart’s and many other groceries! I just bought 2 large sized cob salads which were perfect and would’ve costed like $10 or more for the same quality and size anywhere else so thank you for keeping a great ready to eat salad and sandwich bar area as it will now replace my years and years of buying salads/sandwiches in fast food places! I am very impressed at the selection of wine,beer,local products as well as also body wash and self care products. H-E-B is my favorite grocery store anywhere now and I will do what I can to happily support the business and shop from y’all rather than other places. Also,thank you for keeping reasonable prices for the quality of products y’all carry!
