Every time I’ve been to this location the food has been on point but the customer service is lacking.
This time around I ordered a box meal and a quesadilla a la carte.
I received my bag, checked it, and was missing food.
I drove back around the drive thru as indoor was closed, and explained at the speaker box that I was missing food. The young lady taking orders argued that I was not. I took the food out twice and checked prior to going back, and again in the drive thru.
She gave attitude when telling me to pull forward and at the window some more.
My order was corrected, however the attitude I received was unnecessary.
If someone paid for a full meal and then some, all food should be provided. Mistakes happen, but the attitude is not necessary. We don’t want to correct the mistake any more than you do. Especially when we’re hungry.

Food is hit and miss cause sometimes your food has a different taste. My biggest complaint with the kfc on pat booker road is the don't give you the part of the recent where you can give feedback.

All locations close at 12 girl from the window said that they weren’t doing our online order because they closed by 10. While all the other employees were laughing in the background saying “nope!!”

WENT IN AT 1115 TO PICK UP UBEREATS ORDER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT KFC SIDE HAD BEEN SHUT DOWN SO I COULDNT PICKUP THE ORDER.AS SOMEONE WHOSE JOB IT IS TO PICKUP AND DROPOFF WE DONT GET PAID FOR CANCELED ORDERS PLEASE DO BETTER ITS FRIDAY EHY WOULD YOU CLOSE EARLY???

I have been to a lot of KFC‘s in my lifetime and this one has to be special because they have special kind of employees there and I think I need to take a look at who’s their hiring because the service there is close to zero stars not one star.

Went into the restaurant and there was only one family seated in there, absolutely no other customers. My husband and I waited at the counter to be assisted. An employee came to the counter to give the family their food and not once acknowledged us in any form. He returned to the back as if we were not there. We eventually left after we realized we were not going to be serviced. This took place on 28 September around 1210.

Is been a while we don't eat in due to poor service in other places but today Mr. Alfred and Team made us change our mind, the place was spotless cleaned and the service was the best! Definitely will be coming more often!

I've been eating KFC for about 60 years. I can say that over the years, they have been consistent.***Update*** 9/4/2025 I ordered a personal mashed potatoes and gravy. I've not had these in many years. Now I remember why. They are horrible!! Just watered down colored fake dried potatoes. The gravy is so very salty after one bite I had to spit it out!! 🤢🤮Nasty!!

I didn’t eat there but the lady … I wish I got her name but she was nice to me and allowed me to get cold water on a bad day! I also got some food from Riley who stopped by and prayed over me when I felt like no one cares God sends reinforcements!ty
Wow, what a change since my last visit. Best KFC I've had in a long time! There was a small problem with my order, they offered a more than fair solution. Great service!

I pre-ordered at 815am for 6pm pick up Of course because it's Friday. WHO WOULDNT.. I get there 6 NOTHING in pick up area. I ask get told working on it. I got it at 6:15. Then why do they ask? What sauces you want and then don't put them in the bag. Also, no napkins for a to go order. Then I'm getting in my car putting on my seat belt, and somebody's knocking on my window telling me they gave me the wrong order. So I had to switch food with him, and that means my food was ready later than 615. Don't offer timed orders if it can't get done.

1st thing ordered was 2 piece fill up. Guy says we're out of dark and can substitute white. Said that would be fine. More on that later. Have to park out front with no way to enter the store if it's wrong btw. Anyway, get our order and ask if we got our sauce for the tacos. Nope, he goes to get it. We start checking the bag and he comes back and we say we're missing a taco. Off he goes again. Comes back with the taco and we inform him the portion of mashed we ordered was also missing. Off he goes again. Come back and we leave. I pretty much had given up at that point. Get home and the substitute piece of chicken was the smallest wing ive ever seen. Would have taken maybe three of those to equal a leg. Not to mention the baja blast wasn't even close. Guy in front of me went back through the drive. His order was probably wrong too. Server was nice about it, but man, what a messed up order it was. We eat there a lot too.
