Not the best KFC Taco Bell I've been to, but also far from the worst. They do a good job at getting your order correct. I would not recommend the drive-thru or carry out if you are in a hurry! Employee attitude is about average not Chick-fil-A, but at least not rude either!

A month ago I went in and orders two combos and my mashed potato had a hair in it. I told the manager Sarah that it had a hair and she got really upset that I took out the hair before giving her the mashed potato. We went back and forth and when I went to walk out she called me a homophobic slur. I called her higher up to tell him about the situation and get my money back and I never got a refund or a call back. Never go here, Sarah is so disrespectful and should not be a manager.

It seem the always mess up my order, when I get a taco supreme with no lettuce, they leave everything else off, it just meat inside oh heaven forbid you order it on a cheese shell, you'll get little meat and that's it. Pretty much any special you have on your order, they will muck it up, so check it at the window every time. Hell went KFC side last time and my dumb butt didn't check it, I got to work the chicken sandwich hap pickles on it and no mayo and the nuggets was a 4 pc sure the way another one in there about the size of a dime that they called my 5th pc. I can only say one good thing about that place, they have awesome sweet tea just don't order the half gallon cause if uour goin to work they will charge you for a cup. Sorry but if any orders a half gallon it should come with at bear minimum 2 cups with ice, that place just need better management I think

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The manager took our order at the drive through and I decided to make a change to the meal and she yelled as us for making the change stating that it would charge the store $0.17 or something every time they changed it or miss clicked a button. That’s not my problem and have every right to change my mind. Maybe your manager should be trained better in social situations.She stated we needed to know how to order better and basically called us incompetent.

I pulled up to the drive through and said hello, no response. Waited and said hello again, no response. 5 min later finally someone said what can I get you. I attempted to order an 8 piece extra crispy and he said " I have to see if we have that." Then he came back and said they don't. I then said "ok let me get an 8 piece regular" he then said " let me see if we have that" this was really weird to me. Once I finally ordered, I pulled up to the window and was not greeted politely at all. He said my total and snatched my card from my hand. When he handed me my food and card back he didn't say a word, just stared me in my eyes with a irritated look on his face. I left feeling very uncomfortable. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for hours and was hard as a rock. It was $34 dollars and we couldn't even eat it :( . I ended up having to make top Ramen for dinner because that's all we had at home. I didn't get the name of the worker but he had long blonde hair and two lip piercings that were black. I'm very disappointed in this and will not be returning to this location. Wish I could get my money back but when I called the store it just rang and rang. They were not busy and this interaction was unwarranted.

Food was ok I ordered extra crispy and got half and half.I don't understand if you're in the fast food business, why aren't you stocked up for sales?
Absolutely time wasting. I waited in line for a good 20 minutes and when I got to the window the lady just stared at me. After about 5 minutes of being at the window the lady finally opened it and it reeked of a terrible smell. Their clothes were dirty, the bag was ripped, and it was over priced for the food we got. The chicken was “mushy” in my brothers words and the gravy was watered down with small balls of something black. I never would have expected this from a restaurant in Universal City.
Never again. Ordered at 330pm for a 415 pickup. Finally received order at 430 pm. Watched all kinds of cars go through drive thru. Don't order online. Asked about my order was replied that they serve in order again ordered online waited an hour. Somehow drive thru was quicker. And wouldn't you know it they got order wrong. Ordered 2 wraps. One macaroni cheese one spicy coleslaw. Got the macaroni one. Got tub of coleslaw. No wonder why chik fil a is running places like this out of business. They have better food and way better employees. Like kfc but will never go to this location again. I will drive 30 minutes further if I have to.
