It was a bad experience, that's all I have to say. Never have I wanted a refund more.

this was my first time at this spot and i was hoping for the httyd drink they said they didnt have any and i said okay she told me she could put it in the cup that the drink comes in after my order i asked if they had the cards that come with the tea she looked at me cluless and asked what it was i thought she would be more aware of the promotion but again i said okay and thank you she had nothing but attitude while i was ordering I noticed that while the people infront of me where ordering she was giving them alot of attitude and had horrible customer service

Actual scammers. Had an order cancelled a year ago and they told me they would refund me within 7 business days. Never received a refund, but it was 10 bucks so I just let it go. Fast forward to today and I get an email telling me that they are apparently now just getting to processing my refund. BUT instead of refunding me I get a notification that they just charged my card with another 10 dollars OVER A YEAR LATER. Do not trust these guys with your card information. The drinks are not good enough to warrant getting scammed.

It was amazing, the location was quiet, cool and good music playing. The 2 girls working were really busting it. They were friendly, courteous and fast

I never had a bad opinion but this place didn't make my expectations I order a pineapple t cap and piña colada slush and I only taste water 😕 no juice just water with boba I think the boba had more flavor than the what i order . And the lady in the front didn't help for nothing I told her was my first time and she was kinda rushing me . I will never came back . I write this just for help you guys out to be better.

Decide to try this place since the reviews were good. I was wrong. For starters their medium is pretty much a small drink which I paid almost $8 for, the boba was hard and tough to even chew on and I got a taro smoothie and it tasted just like ice no favor at all. There are plenty of other boba spots to try for a full size drink at the same price. Wouldn’t waste your money on this place.
Also they gave me a basic lid and not even a sealed one that most boba places are known to do.

Why are these kids not being teached standarization, meaning, measured portions so we can have the same satisfaction we had the first time they opened? This milk tea Ive been getting for a handfull of times now have been non satisfactory so I just end up with a largw glass of milk with close to no extra ingredients when I purchase it.
Also, if I purchase double shot of an extra engredient, it just looks the same. Theres needs to be standarization urgently or I'll just stop coming here all together.

Cant keep same employees for more than a month, short staffed all the time. Waiting on my drink to be poured into a cup,already mixed and sitting on the counter, the lady walks away and leaves it sitting there. Melting

We were craving boba tea and stopped here on a whim. It took a while for our order to be taken despite being the only people in the restaurant. Then we waited for quite a while to get our order only to find it was made wrong. They remade the drink correctly with no complaints so that was a great thing. Giving three stars because the drinks just did not taste good (too milky).

Arrived here a full HOUR before close on a SATURDAY and was informed by the employee that they were out of a number of ingredients and weren't willing to use the blenders because they would have to clean them. I had to go through a list of drinks, getting denied for at least 4 instead of being told what I could and couldn't order.

The absolute worst customer service by an employee who probably was trying to close an hour early on the busiest day of the week.

If you visit this location, make sure you arrive TWO hours before they close and call ahead to make sure they have the ingredients for what you want. Otherwise, you'll likely be disappointed like I was.

I mean, I'll give you a four stars but it's actually kind of good like I found another Boba place something better than this one. I'm not trying to like you know compare but yeah still I'll give it still good but I've been getting Boba. I mean they have good customer service I mean this one time one of them gave me a free Boba it
