This just happened about 5 min agoThe young woman who took my order was fantastic and lovely and very helpful. She is the reason for the stars I did put.However, I came to work on a website so when I finished ordering I asked her for the Wi-Fi. She went to get it from a guy behind the counter with curly hair and glasses. He was well within hearing distance from me and refused to even make eye contact with me and gave her a huge run around about me being able to use the Wi-Fi. After a minute or two of talking about it on front of me, he acted like he was doing me a favor by letting her give me the Wi-Fi. Saying something like “what is she using it for because she can only use it for homework but she cannot just have it.”I’ve never had this happen at a food service place. Even a simple no, we don’t have public wifi would have been fine - but this was just bad customer service on his part.He ended letting her give me the Wi-Fi password begrudgingly but I ended up returning my drink and leaving bc I’m lactose intolerant and it turned out they didn’t have nondairy milk besides lactaid which hurts my stomach and I didn’t feel welcome anyways thanks to him.

Nice place, but their drinks and food are overpriced for what you get. Flavor of the drinks is somewhat lacking, and the buns have almost no filling and are undercooked. They take a good bit to have things ready. Boba tea lounge by pluckers is definitely the move.

Drinks are delicious as always. Disappointed with how I waited 28 minutes for pork buns that never came. Do yourself a favor, don't order food here if you have things you need to do. The employees make it when they feel like it apparently.

Bubble tea is great and their Halloween drink is pretty good as well. Only losing one star due to the promoting of having Lactaid milk in their drinks then when asked to the staff , they stated

The shop is so cute and lovely they always have the best music on (lofi pop and relaxing music) I go there to study and of course get BOBAAA!! I really suggest this if you like coffee and milk
They have little understanding of their products, cannot tell you what is safe for people with allergies/plant based people.

I ordered the spirit Halloween drink and it wasn't till after I ordered it I was told that they ran out of the straw topper that was the only reason I ordered the drink

Disappointed. I came here yesterday & ordered 4 drinks (1 sm & 3 large). The total was over $27. I didn't keep my receipt but I should have. The cashier asked me about the mango bubbles I ordered & I confirmed I wanted it for that drink. However, they only gave me 3 drinks saying they didn't charge me for the 4th. I paid for the 4th one. Today, I order the same 4 drinks I asked for yesterday which came out to the same amount of over $27. That means she charged correctly for 4 drinks the first time & charged me again for the same drink. I spoke with the cashier today & she didn't care. Make sure you keep your receipt if you decide to buy here. I suggest business at another location.
