I have an issue every single time I order from this location. And the wait time is ridiculous! I always order ahead on my phone and go through the drive through to pick it up. You’ll wait in the drive through for anywhere from 10-20 minutes, just for them to still ask you to pull up when you get to the window and there’s 6 other cars in front of you that they also asked to pull up that are still waiting on food. Then after waiting forever, the food is either cold or prepared completely wrong. I’ve had them screw up burgers that didn’t even have special instructions!

Food was good, just the wait was beyond too long. Got there for curbside, and waited close to 30 minutes for my food. It was all warm and good but be careful if your on a time crunch.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This is the worst McDonald’s that I go regularly. My husband ordered inside, waited for his number to be called. Once he got the drinks, he literally slipped, split over their wet floor, that has no sign. Nobody helped him, a cashier saw my husband pretending that she didn’t see anything. No apologies! My husband told the manager what happened, and letting them know but ignored him, without apologies!!! Wow, this generation is something. So inhumane!! Just happened today 8/21/25 around 3pm. Ya’ll gotta do better fr!!

This McDonalds is good about getting your order right. They are not perfect but they 9 times out of 10 get it right. Drive through can be slow at times but usually no longer than a 10 minute wait at the most.

I’ve been through the drive through at this location and I will say the workers are very nice and good people, but Jesus the amount of times I’ve had it delivered only to end up messaging my dasher saying there’s something missing is way too many to count.

There were a few mistakes made but management was really nice about it and all the workers were really nice. Normally high traffic times at McDonalds mean nasty attitudes but everyone here was extremely polite and patient.
Slow service today. Just ordered a cheeseburger. Took longer then necessary

Isabelle and Roxanne are rockstars absolutely the best management I have ever seen at any McDonald's. It felt warm and inciting and I appreciated all that they did. Would definitely recommend to all who live in schertz and want a quick bite. They had amazing speed as well. Thank you to both of you and your crew.

Horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes at the front counter to pay for food, FIVE different employees saw me, made eye contact, and ignored me. Then when one finally came over, they had a horrible attitude because they had to leave their little friend group in the back. On top of that, they had garbage music BLASTING. Third time I have been to this location, and I’ve had an issue with the customer service every time. This will also be the last time I stop by this location.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They have the rudest most incompetent people working for them. You don't even have to ask for a manager the children working the drive thru will demand they come to the windows when you ask them a question. They also are charging you Extra when you order tea because the say they're out of soda. Every staff member was not wearing a name tag so you couldn't identify a single employee. Get it together...

I ordered from there earlier today, and not only was a missing a burger, they forgot to put burger patties in 3 other burgers. They were wrapped up and everything. How do you miss the most important part of a burger? How do you do it 3 times?
