All the employees (workers) wear caps and hair nets while filling orders. Mangers, 3 of them working filling orders do not wear them. Doing the same things, bagging the food, and handling the food. All employees must wear them. Set the example or get out of the way.

Probably one of the worst managed McDonald’s I’ve been to. I live close to here so visit only for last resort. They always mess up the orders, have broken machines for weeks (sprite & ice cream) and always take so long for an order. Recently, they wanted to charge me extra for a lemonade because their sprite machine was broken. I don’t know how that happens, but I originally wanted a sprite with my meal, but their machine was broken. I asked for a sprite and they were going to charge me extra for the lemonade. They said to me, you are ordering a lemonade and there is an extra charge. No I was ordering a sprite, but my second option is the lemonade. I ended up leaving with a Fanta instead. Only go to this one if you can’t visit the one on 1604& &i-10, fm 78, or the one at 3009.

Sweet tea tasted minty so I think there were some cleaning chemicals still in the container but the food was hot and fresh so I'll give points for that
Worked location ever! To never have anything you sit in the drive through with 3 cars for 30 minutes while they joke around in there. It's unsanitary in there. Manager yells out loud at everybody. And inside getting arguments with customers, disrespecting them. Never, ever coming back to this location again.It's freaking gross

I have an issue every single time I order from this location. And the wait time is ridiculous! I always order ahead on my phone and go through the drive through to pick it up. You’ll wait in the drive through for anywhere from 10-20 minutes, just for them to still ask you to pull up when you get to the window and there’s 6 other cars in front of you that they also asked to pull up that are still waiting on food. Then after waiting forever, the food is either cold or prepared completely wrong. I’ve had them screw up burgers that didn’t even have special instructions!

If I can give 0 stars I would. This is the worst McDonald’s that I go regularly. My husband ordered inside, waited for his number to be called. Once he got the drinks, he literally slipped, split over their wet floor, that has no sign. Nobody helped him, a cashier saw my husband pretending that she didn’t see anything. No apologies! My husband told the manager what happened, and letting them know but ignored him, without apologies!!! Wow, this generation is something. So inhumane!! Just happened today 8/21/25 around 3pm. Ya’ll gotta do better fr!!
