This branch of Mcdonald is horrible, they serve our food lapse, burger was not warm, takes a long time to serve your lapse food, and staffs are too busy to assist customers. MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS BE YOUR PRIORITY!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE! EVER!

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in the area for fast food.Zero consistency. High turnover it seems. I've been extremely patient and forgiving over the past six months with missing items shotty food preparation but this place is a massive pathetic excuse for a franchise.

I went through the drive-thru many times, and the customer service was a hit or miss. Food quality has declined, and orders placed aren't correct. It's been a few years since I entered this McDonald's.This time, I went in for a remake of my order, and OMG! They were busy, customers were angry, and the place was filthy...floors were dirty and just nasty. I am surprised that they passed a health inspection.I almost walked out, but I waited in the car for a simple remake, and they forgot...to top it off they were rude! I do not recommend this location.

The staff here are very rude. They took a long time to get our order out. They forgot half of our order then gave us hell about it. Even though we showed them the receipt, they were still being very rude and not wanting to accept responsibility for their error. Then once they did, they said they would throw in a free hash brown, they didn’t. They jipped us in the butter and syrup and other condiments. On top of that, there were parts of the food that were cold. I do not recommend this location at all. The staff needs way better attitudes.
