I recently moved to the area and my RAFB (jbsa) coworkers introduced me to this place. I love that it’s a vet owned local business. I had the crispy rice (chicken) and it was great. Such a deep n delicious flavor. Unique! I will be back Friday with the wife n kids.

Noy’s Bistro is an authentic Thai restaurant off the beaten path in Universal City outside San Antonio. If you enjoy Thai food we highly recommend this place. The owners and workers are super friendly. The food is delicious and they are really quick to get your order out. My wife loves the Massaman curry and I usually get one of the noodle dishes like pad Thai, drunken, or pad see ew and you can get them at all levels of heat from mild to Laotian hot (like me). We go there every time we are in San Antonio, when we lived there we took all our family and friends there.

Best Pad Thai ever
*update! Great food but I don’t care how good it is, I’ll find another Thai restaurant to support! I took a job here and couldn’t stay and he refused to pay me everything he owes me for my time there. It’s devastating! I have children. And again someone is taking food out of their mouths and my trust for an employer to pay me for my time was violated!!! When I confronted him about the missing money, he admitted he owes it to me, and then wanted me to stick around for him to explain why he decided I’m not worth paying what he owes me. I obviously didn’t, because I don’t care what he thinks. I want to be paid for my time! I hope his Karma catches up to him, while my children beg for food this week and suffer from hunger.

It's been awhile since I've been here, and I was reminded why I SHOULDN'T have been gone for so long. I admit it's a little pricier than most lunch specials but it's more food than others too. Everything was delicious and will be back sooner vs later.
Been coming here for years now. They have the best Pat see Ew noodles with beef. I've tried many restaurants, and nothing is better than their recipe. The staff is always welcoming. To go food is done quick, and in a timely manner. Thank you for the best Thai. 👌 😊. I'm a loyal customer.
