Saturday Oct 5th. Worst service ever. Rude customer service people. 4 people working but not working. Music so loud you had to yell. I asked them to just give me my money back. But no. Then I go cold brew which I did not ask for. I get coffee here when I visit my family. And it’s usually nice. But you grown up manager

I don't get it......how hard is it do make a drink that customer ask for? The last 3 times I've come to this location in past few months and I always ask for "The Grasshopper" with 4 extra shots of mint!....do we all agree a asked for 4 extra shots of mint? .....not 4 extra shots of espresso with no mint, not 4 extra shots of espresso with the standard shot of mint, and not no espresso with 4 shots of mint to where the drink is lite mint green color only! Buying $8-$10 drink and you can't even follow proper English being said to you. Please crack down on the ignorant employees you hire. I won't come here no more till you care about customer service!??

Normally, this location has great service and great tasting drinks. However on 6/9 about 8 minutes left before closing, we were informed that the till was closed and could only accept card payments. I understand closing a few minutes early, trying to get out as soon as possible, but being closed at 9pm, is being closed at 9pm. We arrived a few minutes before closing. We were still able to order 4 drinks, two being frozen Mangonadas. The 1st Mangonada was great, the 2nd one was not frozen but almost completely watery. Spending $7+ on one drink, this is not the type of service or quality we would expect from OTG. Definitely will have 2nd thoughts about going in the future.

Pretty good coffee to be American coffee. It's the only place I go to, besides making my own coffee with my mola pot at home. So I'd say pretty ok.

Will not be returning to OTG! Foam top had the consistency of cottage cheese, my “cold” coffee was damn near room temperature and the customer service needs some serious improvements. Took one drink, got rid of my coffee then went to Dutch brothers!
