My boyfriend was trying to do me the favor of going into this store today to get me some last minute supplies and left upset. I wasn’t there in person and he was sending me pictures and the employee was very rude and gave attitude and told him he couldn’t take pictures and was told there are no signs posted that you can’t do so. It was the first experience with this store and last, will not be returning.

I went yesterday for some boards and boxes. Harmony checked me out asked for my phone number, read my name and then cleared my rewards account from the checkout. The boxes I bought weren’t the right size for the boards I was also purchasing. I went back today to exchange them but they do not process returns or exchanges.

Beware of this place. My wife and daughter took an airbrush class from them. After the class, they bought a $130 airbrush kit. They took it home and attempted to use it. It had low airflow and the on/off switch on the compressor didn't work. Being unable to airbrush with it, they took it back to exchange it. They were told there are no refunds and no exchanges. My wife asked what they could do and they said she could go to a sister location to see if some one may be able to fix it. Considering this kit was overpriced to begin with, I would have assumed we would have received some decent customer service. I'm not complaining about their prices, we're all about supporting small business's, but I can buy one for less than half from Amazon and they would exchange it if it wasn't working.
