Me and my wife walked in, and a customer walked up to receive her order and The worker didn’t acknowledge me and my wife but the worker walked back-and-forth three times to give the other customer her order. Then the worker went to the back and just started cleaning Sure about four minutes and just acted as if me and my wife didn’t exist. She didn’t greet us or anything. I believe The reason why she ignored me is because I’m black.

This place is literally a hidden gem!! The snacks are delicious and the vibe is just perfect!!! I highly recommend El Bartolito de Jalisco :)
The mangonadas were on point! Can't wait to go back with the family and try some of the other treats. Great customer service and well priced.
Great place to get your snack fix like ice cream hot Cheeto with cheese mangonadas corn in a cup. you name it totally recommend it great pricing.

Very disappointed the first time me and my family tried going the lady working locked the door at 6:45 right as we were walking up she definitely saw us coming we checked the house posted on the door it says open until 8:00 pm
