Order over the phone and they said delivery was 50 mins. Ok fine but after two hours I called back and apparently when you call it goes to a call center not the store and they couldn’t tell me anything just transferred me to the store location and they didn’t answer either. The quality of the food was also terrible, rushed. Some of the pizza had no sauce and cheese bread was not cut it was just one whole slab.

Placed an order for a large pizza with 3 toppings. They were out of a topping and they took it upon themselves to replace with their choice without ask. I only took the pizza because didn’t have time to wait for another. They should have called to ask. Plus, it was cold. Very disappointed.

The young lady at the Counter was amazing, very welcoming, had a big smile on her face, and even though they were extremely busy, she was still smiling. Great service, and still got my order quickly. That's definitely the kind of customer service I love.

Really bad service and a manager who’s terrible with customers I’d go to a different Pizza Hut if I were you. Even the shift manager said he’s terrible with customers.
Place an order for delivery. I guess the delivery driver didn’t want a cash tip. Just place my order at my door and just bounce without giving a cash tip
