If I could give this sonic zero stars I would. They never acknowledge the customer. Will leave you sitting out there for 15+ minutes before they even act like you exist. The entire property is run down and not remotely maintained. The only reason I go to this one is to pick up orders to be delivered. And I have made it a point to block those too at this point. Youre better to go to the one up the road on kitty hawk bc this one sucks!

It doesn’t seem as though this location really wants to stay open. The lack of exterior upkeep hints at what it may be like on the inside. The servers are friendly, but there’s evidently not enough of them on hand. I have made three attempts to order food & drink there in the past month and have only been successfully served once - a Cherry Limeade that included a faint flavor of hamburgers and tots. On a previous occasion, the location had gotten off to a late start and wasn’t ready at 8:00 AM to serve breakfast. Just today I made three attempts to order (twice at stalls and once at the drive through window) and wasn’t once greeted or asked about placing an order. I opted to go someplace else. I don’t plan to try again. I like Sonic. I hope this location might yet find the passion to provide the community with a worthwhile Sonic experience.

We pulled up at 2pm. There were 4 cars in the stalls when we pulled in. We were going to swing through the drive through but it was blocked. So we pulled into the nearest stall and our family all made their choices and we press the button to order. “Please move to a closer stall or come through the drive through”. We didn’t even have time to tell them the drive through was blocked.So we pulled up to the front. He came out and said “sorry our drive through is closed pull into a stall” we told him we were just in a stall and got told to move closer or use the drive through. He said “ well there are stalls way closer and we are busy so there was no reason for you to park way back there.” Mind you we are in a very large truck, it’s a tight squeeze in those stalls. He was so rude. Not to mention he looked homeless and I’m sure his gross hair would have needed up in our food. We drive down to the next closest Sonic and received much better service.

This time we came, there was only ONE person working every area of this place! A couple of mixed up with our order but he corrected it. Bless his heart, he did the best he could to take care of everyone & he did! I'm sorry that I didn't get his name but way to go!Parking: Located outside surrounding the Sonic.Kid-friendliness: It has outside sitting which the children could enjoy eating & families.Wheelchair accessibility: It's closes to the building for faster service & spacious.

Horrible service, two gentleman inside, one was on his phone the whole time while smoking his vape while the other was running around like a chicken with no head. Will be avoiding this location.
Will never go back to this sonic again. I went there to get lunch. They didn't even charge my card. They charged it a day or 2 later and caused a giant overdraft fee in my bank account, do not eat a this sonic. They suck If you want to avoid overdraft fees, stay away from this sonic.

The stalls are always closed, and the food is always old. The staff isn't friendly and the management is horrible. They can't even ring in a hot correctly. When I asked why, they said "at store we cant?" I love sonic, but I would avoid this one. I never leave reviews but this one is much needed!!

I want to make this post to directly talk to the owner of this establishment as you are absolutely foolish to have barely any workers go in there and help out. I feel bad for the one person who has to work here and work god knows how many hours. Big condolences for him though cause he is dedicated to work but the owner shouldn't have only him working at this establishment.

Sonic’s USED to have the best fast food burgers and fried items (tater tots, onion rings, etc) but lately I have had the WORST food here. I should have known they’re we HORRIBLE when I realized the parking lot was only a 1/4 full at lunch time (my bad) - my burger was ice cold - the cheese wasn’t even melted! The onion rings looked like they just returned from a war! They’re charred, dry, burnt, and pegged with holes. I almost call 911 to have them send the corner for these poor onions . SONIC - YOU lost my business - not that you would care about someone & her friends and family who has eaten at your Sonic’s for the last 20 years.
