How can you not have RANCH! I ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich online and when I got to the store I was told they didn’t have ranch. The store manager needs to do better on ordering her products. I will be calling corporate and put in a complaint about this store.

Not much customer service effort, they didn't follow the notes and where heavy handed with the sauces so sandwiches where covered in sauce when unwrapped.

We ordered the footling nachos!!!! All I can say is where are the chips????? Definitely not worth it. Very disappointing.

Two employees working, one is restocking the self serve fridge and the other one is making on line orders. Took the one making on line orders 5 mins to acknowledge my existence. The other employee just stocked and stocked and pretended no customers were in the store. The stocker finished and went in the back, still completely disregarding the customers. Bad service is way too common in San Antonio but this is just awful. You could not pay me to return to this location for any reason. (Kitty hawk by heb) And I genuinely like Subway.

So I placed my order on the app 25 min ago for pickup at 930 and I get here and my order wasn’t even started it didn’t even get started until 10 minutes after I arrived so I’ve now been sitting in the store for about 20 extra minutes waiting on my order which is still not ready I didn’t even get anything complicated just a turkey foot long with only mustard and onions toasted. What’s the point of offering order ahead if you have to wait anyways and at this point it would’ve been faster for me to of just came 40 minutes ago and placed the order in store.

I placed two mobile orders through the Subway app and expected them to be ready at the time listed. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating and disappointing visits I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
When I arrived, there was one employee working at the front. He was a younger Black man who was polite, respectful, and doing his best to keep up. He acknowledged me right away and asked another employee to begin working on my order. That is where the problems began.
The second employee, an older white woman with facial piercings and no hairnet, ignored his request and chose to help a customer who had arrived after me. She chatted casually with that customer while I waited for quite a while. When she finally turned to me, I asked her about the note on my ticket that said to cut my sandwich into three pieces. She responded by saying she would just cut one of the halves in half. I told her I would prefer she not do that, because it would result in uneven pieces. Instead of correcting the issue, she dismissed my request and acted like I was being difficult.
I ended up waiting inside the restaurant for almost thirty minutes. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside. The air felt stuffy and unpleasant, and it was a noticeable relief just to step outside.
Along with the poor service, I saw multiple concerns related to food safety. The woman preparing the food did not wear a hairnet, which is a requirement under Texas Food Establishment Rule section 228.133. Her long hair was completely uncovered. She also had visible facial piercings while handling food. This raises hygiene concerns, especially in food service environments. Many franchises restrict or discourage this to maintain safety standards. When I finally asked for a refund, I was handed a voided receipt with no confirmation of any refund being issued. I left without my food and without knowing if I would get my money back.
The younger man working up front did what he could, but the older woman was dismissive, careless, and disrespectful. This location clearly needs better training and accountability. I hope someone from Subway corporate sees this and addresses these issues seriously. I will not be returning.

The food was delicious, and the customer service from CoCo was amazing, and what landed the raring in that category. I felt bad for her, as she was pulled so thin, and working extra hard to run the whole store. Thankfully, the line of customers were patient and understanding, except one pair who quietly slipped out. It made me feel bitter towards the company however. You can have delicious foods, but when you don’t take into consideration those who work there, it makes me not want to support that abuse of labor.

The manager this morning is such a you know what. Taking out her bad mood on Paying customers. We'll go to next subway because we like Subway. Just not this one.

Wow ! What rotten service. Made an online order, waited 20 minutes because of traffic.
Order was not ready when I arrived, but the 2 servers were just making snide remarks about “ how lazy people are today that they have 2 to order a sandwich . Why they can’t even just toast a piece of bread anymore.”
Well if we all stop ordering you’ll likely be w/o a job Trevor!! Forgot the hourly make but had red sprayed hair. Corporate would love to hear what you have to say.
If I could give service no stars I would.The Woman taking my order didn't give me receipt for order back to get name. I left my card at home ok no biggie I got my parent to go grab for me. The server took the drink out of my mom's hand and told her she needed to put it to the side. When my parent dropped my card off I went back in line and reordered my sandwich because it was made hot and I didn't want it cold. When I asked the woman to switch it out for a warm one she rudely asked why and rolled her eyes after I said it was cold.Before I realized card was gone she quoted me $36 for order and when I went to pay it went to $$38.50. it was exact same sandwich.
