I stood at the counter for 30 min waiting for a 2 person meal! No explanation, no apologies, hell no person at the counter for over 15 min! I could of robbed them twice, and still got my food without anybody noticing!! Issues with the drinks, the food, the condiments.....nothing good anywhere. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Ok. Ordered Mike's hot honey box and food not get what I expected. I expected a big box with lots of goodies. I got individual boxes of 4 pieces of chicken that you couldn't even taste the hot honey. 2 cold fries and no nuggets. Called. Had to go back to UC from Converse. Wanted free fries but got those apple popper things. By the time I got to eat it was so cold I gave up. Couldn't put it in the air fryer because chicken was already overdone. Miserable experience. Thank you Christopher for at least fresh nuggets. You got the 3 stars.

Came here a month ago and they said their steam machine was broken and couldn’t make us what we ordered, went to a different Taco Bell tonight and they verified that’s not even a thing. Also when we got home there was nothing we ordered in it. 👎🏼
