Asked for fries made to order then waited 15 minutes for them which would not have been a problem if we received fresh fries but they were lukewarm at best! When my wife went in to dispute this they argued with her saying they were made to order. I swear they weren’t when they finally gave us the made to order fries they were actually hot and fresh not like warm and soggy. Overall waited like 25 min for fries it’s ridiculous and treatment of Customer is also rude. The manager also didn’t acknowledge my wife when she entered to complain my wife had to flag him down and say hello? They also weren’t busy we were the only car in the drive thru and the only people in the dining room.

The food was 🥶 cold. The tacos shells were hard, stale, and uneatable! They gave us someone elses order. I didn't realize I started eating out of their bag. She came back to our car & asked for the bag back. I told her I ate out of it. She said she didn't care. She then gave it to the car in front of us. I know these fast food places are struggling, but do these parents/managers not teach these teens common rules of health?
