The steak nachos were very very tasty.. good service excellent and crispy chips. The only negative being that the beer was not cold.

I tried to order the brisket taco and the guy at the window wouldnt let me for some reason. So then he offered beef or shredded chicken, i chose the chicken, yet he still gave me a beef taco. Why have items on the menu of we cant order them, and why ask me what i want if you are just going to do whatever the heck you want n jus give me anything. Tried to give em a chance the next day and ordered a brisket and EGG taco. This is what i get😒 just forget what we order huh? Jus steal our money and do whatever you want. Plain sorry! Stay away from this location

This is the second time I have been to this location and the food service was very poor. It's been almost a year, and I was in the area and decided I needed something quick on the way to work. Ordered 1 Carne Guisada, 2 Bean and Cheese, 1 Bacon and Egg, 1 Chorizo and Egg. Refried beans were cold, cheese did not even melt and tasted horrible when I tried to eat it. Bacon and Egg was half cooked bacon and eggs cold. Chorizo and Egg was dry, barely a spoonful in the Tortilla and it was not warm at all. Carne Guisada gave me a bad stomach cramps after 2 bites. And had to go straight to the bathroom. It was barely warm and salty. I vomited and shyttted an hour after I got to work.
This is ridiculous and Taco Cabana Food Service has really gone down. I stopped years ago because of it, and to go back again and see that they still have the same type of failed management and food service, tells me Corporate doesn't care about a great customer experience. Strongly advise sending out a real survey to identify what needs to be done. But I'm just one customer that don't matter as long they get money, I guess. So disappointed. Back to Bill Miller I guess. Or Mama Margie's
