Bartender KD very nasty and rude would roll her eyes every time I asked for a drink for not apparent reason she was rude at us .Other than that the wings were delicious we even ordered a Second round...props to the cook..

My wife, daughter, and family friend was there on 28th of December at about 7pm. They preceded to order chicken wings and drinks. The wait to order and receive drinks and food was very long. The chicken wings were not done and barely seasoned. My wife due to the time for service went and took wings to the cook figuring to just fix the order. The manager was not known because they were sitting and drinking comes over and tells my wife that she should not bring food to the cook. My wife mentions that she did not know she was not suppose to and did not know that the manager was there because she acted like one of the people at the Ticket. The manager then gets nasty because my wife had gone to cook to fix order and did not know she was the manager. My wife and family friend are regulars at this establishment. The manager was very unprofessional in her position to ensure the comfort of the people in the establishment. The Bar tender did try to rectify situation. How can the employee have more customer skills than the manager?

The blonde bartender’s suck . Very rude been going here for a while now with a girlfriend and always have an attitude and wonder why we don’t tip . Miss the old bartenders won’t be taking friends by anymore . Stick to bubbas bigger and better

If you value your personal safety, I would not recommend Tickets. I have been there dozens & dozens of times, believing this place was a cool place to shoot a couple of pool games & have a drink. However, the first time I actually needed the staff to address a highly intoxicated, belligerent, & confrontational stranger (someone whom I had never met before, whom was bouncing up & down, trying to hurl insults, & trying to egg-on an actual physical fight with me), my concerns were treated dismissively by the staff. It was obvious that my safety, & the safety of others, was a bottom priority vs selling more drinks & staff refusing to get involved unless, & until, physical violence had been initiated. While I had seen this many times there (staff seemingly only willing to kick someone out at the point that police needed to be called); I was still shocked by the staff's inaction, while this belligerent person was still currently trying to escalate a situation into violence. I left & have never returned. No place is worth your safety, especially in a state that allows a concealed-carry of a hand gun without a permit or background check. Stay safe out there y'all & I would avoid this place vs gambling with your life.

I don't go to bars anymore but loved this place...it wasn't crowded...loved the variety of music that they played...meet some new people...everyone was friendly and I definitely will go back again
Decent dive bar I would say. Great place to play pool, darts, and other games they have around. Don't sleep on the kitchen, they have a great bar food that beats most around town. The crowd tonight was great, not sure about other nights.... But all in all would definitely recommend.

Nice Sports bar, my son took me there to start my Birthday and it is a very nice spot. The crowd was welcoming and made me feel at home. They even gave me a big slice of cheesecake, it was delicious. I will definitely go back again. Update:Well, I made it back to the ticket because the Wings were calling my name. The wings and atmosphere did not disappoint. I will definitely be back!!!

Cool neighborhood bar. It has a large outdoor patio, 2 pool tables , a jukebox, and plenty of seating. I was able to quickly order my drinks at the bar. Their drink specials were basically for beers. Also they weren't able to make Moscow mules or mojitos since they lacked ingredients. Their menu is pretty varied but they were out of a few things, no salad or brisket. We were a group of 12 and were accommodated nicely. No one comes to you to get a drink order, you must go to the bar.
