Staff wasn't trained was charged full price regular build your own. But got plain kids staff told me they couldn't give me the toppings I ordered that was on my order. Anytime I asked anything cashier said " I don't know or probably not.Paid for chicken Cesar salad got lettuce and croutons. Asked about cheese and chicken. They told me that was how it was made. Didn't understand way I couldn't order coffee or cookies on burger side. Locked up my bank card trying to get cookies and coffee. Bank unlocked when I confirmed it was me. But really guys have getting out of line to get backing makes no sense. Asked for Manger I waited, and waited no customers the time I waited. I gave up after 20mins.My point is the manager isn't well trained or staff at this location. If staff is struggling then don't let them. Help them people learn at a different pace. You could tell this was sink or swim environment. What meals where correct I was told was good. I my self will not comeback to this location. Because of poor trained managers and staff.We had 6 meals with drinks and had to get out of line to order coffee and cookies.To may errors with our order!Only one other couple in dining room. Two lady's came in after our order. But that was it poor customer service some of the worst I have seen in San antonio since the beginning of pandemic.

We tried them twice. Both times we were disappointed. First time we were delivered the wrong order. We were told by the delivery service that they were given the wrong bag at the counter. The delivery service did offer us a refund so I left it be.We decided a week later to try them again and while we got the right bag, it was incomplete. We were missing a burger and the ones delivered had the wrong condiments. Can’t put that on the delivery service this time. Their food tastes good but the service needs some serious work.

Ok so the cashier had a rough day when I went there. He really struggled to enter everything into the POS system. Not sure if he was new or not. So I didn't really get exactly what I ordered.But the burgers were delicious and the onion rings were nice and big and crispy.

Run away, the food is not good enough to justify the headache.Each time I have ordered (takeout/pickup, two different locations) they seem to be having production problems. No one over 21 visible on site, so teens, untrained in customer service and obviously shy and accustomed to complaints. The latest, I ordered online arrived to pick up and found a waiting queue on more than a dozen orders ahead of me, their POS system notworking, not accepting walk-in orders. I canceled my order since it was obviously on the board and had not been started. Was informed I could get a refund on the app. No refund, now ten days later, no response other than an automated reply to email. Enjoy that $50, it is the last you will receive from me and my family.UPDATE: Weak sauce. Replying for me to reach out to YOU does not work - I have contacted you multiple ways with full details. It is on YOU to reach out to me, reply via those channels and resolve the issue. Putting it off on me does not solve your customer service problem.

I would easily give this place half a star if I could . The food was below mid. We came in expecting the place to be open at 10am like it says on the window and when we walk in and ask for burgers and chicken sandwiches they say "we can't make burgers or chicken yet due to cross contamination" understandable but maybe get 2 grills ? I mean the burger is in your name so I'd expect a burger but no. On top of this they couldn't even make pancakes for breakfast so we had to settle for a few breakfast options that weren't even that good that we could easily make at home. They paid no attention to detail when we asked to leave out certain item in the burrito as well. The cheese on our breakfast sandwiches weren't even melted it's like they threw on velveta and called it a day. When I asked the cashier for a morning biscuit she said "it's only the biscuit" and I pointed to the menu and said "it doesn't come with egg and cheese like it says?" She said " oh yeah it does" . Like lady do you not even know your own menu? The ambiance was iffy.They had loud music and the news playing in the background.I wouldn't be surprised to see this place go under within a year or two max. Changes to the kitchen need to be made and the employees need to step it up if you want any chance of succeeded as a restaurant

Took an hour to get our food. Staff just aimlessly wandering around, they could care less. Food came out cold which was so frustrating considering it took an hour for it to even get cooked. And to top it off it was gross. I understand places are understaffed but this was not the case, there were four workers just standing around not to mention while there were lines waiting. So disappointing to spend over $30. I was excited to try this place but we won’t be back.

The food was fine but overpriced. It didn't help that they spent so much money making the pictures of the food look amazing. When my burger arrived, I was disappointed. I won't go again.

Decent Food, Trash Staff. Today is 09/19/2023 I tried to call in a order last night. The staff on the phone told me they were not taking order's over the phone, and that i had to come in and order. I get over to the store only to see a sign and them telling me they are not taking order's in person because they are under staffed. There also was no manager on site.

It wasn't busy, but there was a 30-minute wait. They forgot the bacon on the burger. The breading on the chicken was burned, possibly from being left a little too long. There was also a tendon in the breast, making it very tough. The bun fell apart. My husband liked the shake and the cookies are great. It's worth a second chance.
