Whataburger food is always good but I'm writing this review because of the exceptional service provided by the management and team. If I could give them more stars, I would. My nephew had a small birthday party at this location and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. One team member even gave my nephew a gift, and the manager gave us free kid's meals coupons! They're an awesome team here!

First time having a triple meat Whataburger. Fantastic burger indeed! Burger was seasoned well (reminded me of the Master Burger patties in CA) Fries were OK, not bad. The workers that brought out our food was nice and friendly! I can dig this burger if it was in MN!

Terrible . . . Waited in drive thru line for over 15 minutes, 8 cars in front of us . . . 0815 on the AM. Drove off, can't be late to work. Sad as there were more employees outside picking up trash and pressure washing. Thinking they need more staff producing food . . .

Good stop for a quick lunch. Staff was friendly and helpful, burger was good and overall it was a good experience. The fries were hot and just right and the interior of the dining area was quite clean. Would recommend

My husband and I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Now that wouldn't have been so bad because I understand that they were busy today with their 75 cent burgers but they asked us what the names for our orders were 5 times... people behind us in line were getting their food before us and I know that they had our orders in the system because they never once asked what we had ordered. While we were in line we were asked to move to the next window (okay great thats normal) then got asked to move to the very front so we thought we were getting our food next, well my husband finally gets his food and we get told to have a nice day but I am missing my food so my husband waits patiently to ask the guy we received his food from where mine is and we get told to go park so they can bring my food out because traffic is being backed up but they dont have any parking available that's why we went through the drive thru in the first place. And traffic wouldn't have been backed up if they would have brought us our food instead of giving other cars behind us their food first. We didnt even have a complicated order. 2 burgers and 2 medium fries... within a minute or two of saying I didnt have food they brought it out. It was just frustrating that it seemed like it was our fault that we didnt have our food and traffic was backed up.

Hectic. Ordered curbside and still waiting a good 15 mins. Burger was literally just slapped together. Pretty messy.

This has got to be the slowest Whataburger I've come across. I waited 20 minutes in line with 2 other vehicles in front of me for a damn sausage biscuit! No excuse, it does not take that long to put a damn sausage biscuit together.

Extremely Disappointed with Whataburger Experience
I found a curly hair in my food at Whataburger — something especially alarming since I have straight hair, so it was definitely not mine. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she showed zero concern. No apology, no effort to make it right. I had to ask for a refund, and instead of handling it professionally, she sent someone else to hand me the money while she avoided the situation completely. She didn’t even offer to remake the food or remove the contaminated meal.
Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I expect better food safety and basic courtesy from a place like Whataburger.
