Placed an online order for a burger and a taquito and had to wait 30 min to receive it. That's not an exaggeration either. Had I not said anything, I would've had to wait longer while they continue to serve the customers who ordered after me. The taquito seemed fresh but my burger was definitely not. I think I'm done with fast food for a long while smh.

I just wanted to say that Maria and Deven were very nice. Deven was very friendly and when he spoke to me he wasn't just going thru the motions .. I had been at work all day and it was unexpected. But really cheered me up to have someone take a few extra seconds to ask how I was and actually listen . And when I left he remembered my name ,(so i wasnt just #90 )and said good bye...

Its getting pointless to order ahead on the app. I ordered a burger and fries on the app, its 40 minutes after i placed the order and its still not ready i have been sittin inside the restraunt for over 10 minutes. Nobody is here its late at night and i have to wait this long

I don’t know why this specific whataburger is so bad. Almost every time I go they mess something up. They are always confused and miscommunicating with their coworkers causing issues with my order and missing food items or lids or utensils. Not to mention the wait times are ALWAYS long; longer than it takes at other whataburger locations. Definitely a leadership or logistical issue at this location. Go to any other whataburger in town except for this one.
Also I should mention aside from how bad it is here all the employees are very polite and respectful.

The worst Whataburger in the state. I will never go there again. I have an onion allergy. I ordered a payment, no onions. The girl was hateful and tried 3 times to upscale. I ordered what I wanted and did not get it! My order had a huge amount of onions! She could not even take my order correctly! I have always disliked this location but really wanted a burger. Never again. Hateful incompetent staff! Stay away!! The Whataburger at 35 and Toepperwein is so much faster and better…and do not have hateful staff. Go there!

The slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for our food when they came out and said it would be even longer because they were still cooking our food when it was obvious they gave our food to the wrong vehicle. When I went inside to request a refund because of the wait time the manager was extremely rude to the point I had to tell him to watch his mouth and walk out. Never going to this location again until they hire better workers and better management.
For starters the store isn't busy at all, not even the drive thru. We are a group of 5. Store is out of carbonation so only tea or water is available. We ordered 5 meals and they had the audacity to ask if I still wanted my cups. Order comes to table about 15 minutes later with 1 burger being made wrong, cold and nearly lukewarm burgers and fries we're served. Manager came back to table we asked for the wrong burger to be remade, and they just slapped cold cheese on a cold burger and added the color mustard. The burgers were poorly dressed on top of being cold. After the carelessness of the management of mentioned we decided to just take a loss and eat cold food and wait even longer now that the store has both lines in and around the store. Several other people walked out while waiting because they only had 1 person running the register and dining room. Never have we experienced this at this location but definitely will not be returning.
Cashier had trouble accepting my app coupon, so they just comped the junior burger, brought my food without the junior burger, I asked the young lady about it, she said "we will call your number". I said it's all in the same order and you just took me number. She said she would find out. Watched her, nothing, never did anything to help. I walked up to the counter to ask, but no one, including the manager, seemed very concerned. I had to stand there and wait for them to make it, ridiculous, also watched the girl that made it, my grandmother moved faster than her and mind you this is after the manager had to explain several times to just make one. It's not that hard people, get it together Whataburger. 🙄 And don't offer me a free Junior Burger if it's going to big such a big deal.
