This is literally the SLOWEST Whataburger ever. Legitimately. Expect to spend 20-30 minutes in the drive thru waiting on cold food. They seriously need to work on it.

Was in the drive thru and it was made obvious to me (by the long wait and rushed bag) that my order was given to someone else or over looked ... this help remind me why I stay away from WB for two years ... see ya in 2026
I went thru drive thru. Had to wait almost 30 minutes and my food was cold. I came to this Whataburger because the one near my house has begun doing this as well. Not great service there and the food is now, always cold. Sad to say but I won't be frequenting this establishment anymore. Obviously the new ownership doesn't care about the quality of food anymore. I expect this chain to disappear in the neat distant future
