Two times in the past several weeks we have tried to order online to pick up at the Universal City TX location but there was no option to select this location. We then called the restaurant directly numerous times but no one answered. There was a recording that said to go to the website to order. We ended up calling another Wingit location and was advised that the UC location has been closed a few times due to AC issues. It would have been nice to at least leave a message on the website or voicemail. We have been going to Wingstop since we are not sure when the UC location will be open or not.

I love their wings and fresh fries! They're wings are so much bigger than the chains, and that spicy bbq ? I get that flavor every single time and it's always a hit. I can't wait to go back again.

The Buffalo sauce is waaaaayyy to thin. It's like water. I asked for it on the side so my wings didn't get soggy and would maintain the crispness on my drive home. But mayne! The sauce is sooooo thin. I'd rather just use baby rays. I would rather support local businesses than go to wing stop but I'm at home using baby rays Buffalo instead of theirs. Also, 2.00 for celery & carrots? That's like a staple when it comes to wings. It should be provided in the meal. Maybe I'll give it another try, in the future. Currently, not completely satisfied. I appreciate the kobe mural on the wall tho!

If I could give zero stars I would.I placed an online order around 5:30 for a pickup at 6:30 (simple order; 20 wings, 2 fries, and veggies, along with a drink). I received a text that said my order was almost ready for pick up. Upon arriving I checked in and was told 5 minutes. That 5 minutes turned into an hour. After being told “uh, 5 more minutes” each 15 minutes. I did receive a refund after telling them it took too long and they still didn’t even have the food ready. Then they finally “had it ready” but the whole order was wrong.If you want wings, this is not the place. Way too expensive, customer service sucks, and each time I have ordered from here it takes forever. Wing stop is far superior.Good luck to all who order.

The wings were meh for 10 pieces for $15. They were crispy but the seasoning was all wrong... I ordered garlic parmesan and cajun garlic, both were sweet; they put sugar on top but if that's your type of wings maybe you will like it. For me, I wouldn't mind paying $15 for 10 piece but the flavor is just wrong, and doesn't even come with any ranch or dip and no veggies on the side, like literally nothing comes with the wings. You gotta get the dip at extra charge on top of the $15. All other wings places cost less, tastes better, and includes the ranch. Buffalo wild wings gives you veggies and sauce included. Even wingstop gives you the sauce too, I understand another sauce cup cost extra but literally this store just gives you 10 wings in a white box with nothing. Wing daddy's and chicken wow cupbop does their wings way better than this in my opinion...

The second time, we ordered there but took it home & just yesterday (04/14/23) my bff & I decided to sit & eat there. It's a nice little place. There's 4 tables but mostly everyone orders out. It was pleasant to sit there & engage w the staff.Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in. You'll always get that WELCOME TO WINGIT!!? You'll feel the welcome too! The wing flavors are delicious & they have a great variety. I really like that they season the fries with a few different options. I opted for garlic parm but next time I'm trying something new. They offer a flavor of the month & this month's is Sriracha Lime. Let me tell you.. go try it before it's gone!! It's perfectly balanced flavor all the way around. They also offer drinks from SipIt & sodas as well as their pineapple lemonade which is refreshing!! They have giant chocolate chip cookies and these chocolate chip brownies both of which are really good!!Last night the cook came out & offered a taste of something new he was working on. It was delicious!! ? Hats off to him as well ??? This is one place I will keep visiting time & time again.

Saw on IG looked delicious and I had to try it, traditional buffalo wings and fries, wings were good, buffalo sauce wasn't spicy at all, was kinda hoping for more heat. The fries were honestly better tasting then the wings. Would go back and try again cause the staff was awesome!

What pairs well with wings besides beer... football! Delicious, fresh wings, and great hospitality; I will definitely be returning to try the other flavors they offer. Craig was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it came to football, great way to enjoy a great meal than talking sports with someone who has the same passion.

I will never go to any other wing place again! I tasted love in the my food. Please don’t ever lose this aspect! There’s no worse feeling than going to spend my hard earned money on subpar food and service. Everything so neatly packaged and hot and so delicious! 10/10 recommend!

Worst fries I've had. It was old fries that were recooked. The lemon pepper chicken hardly had any seasoning or taste. I've ordered here before. I guess the cook was having an off night. Regardless, I won't be ordering from here anymore. For the price I paid $56 for 20 wings, small fries , veggie sticks and sweet tea, definitely not worth it. On top of that, it took over an hour for my food to be delivered. Extremely disappointed!

Best wing place hands down! Stuart the cashier was very helpful and patient. Nicci the manager was keeping me updated on the wait time, I really enjoyed the friendly conversations while I waited. and Aaron the cook made my wings perfect with just enough seasoning , fries were perfect! Everything was fresh and delicious! Great customer service overall! Never will eat wings the same again.
