I had a catering order delivered for a team meeting, and the food was great, but Ken (my delivery driver) was absolutely amazing. My delivery window was 4:30-4:45 pm, and Ken was there right at 4:30, if not a tad bit earlier. He was very patient, walked everything over to a designated spot, and offered to set everything up--handling/organizing everything with care & a positive attitude. I'm re-reading what I just typed, and I recognize that it may not seem like much, and maybe it's because I'm not articulating this well, but I just really appreciated how genuine, kind, and helpful Ken was. I've had so many careless/angry/annoyed/rushed delivery drivers, so it meant a lot that he took the extra time (while still moving efficiently!) to help me/make me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Ken!!

This place is a DIGITAL KITCHEN meaning you have to order on the CAVA app to pick up your order from here. Further more, the customer service, and food is amazing! I want to give a special shout out to Tara, she was very helpful and amazing. One more thing, the parking does get packed, but to NO FAULT OF CAVA. CAVA does not control how parking works, and should not be a factor in how people rate this place. I will definitely recommend this place to people.

This is an amazing location! The service was spectacular and everyone was very nice. I’m not one to make a habit of eating out, but i’ll certainly return to this location next time I’m in the area. Mick was the employee who helped me and he made such an amazing impression. Super guy with great customer service skills. Plus, quality of the food was quite a bit better than the few other Cava’s i’ve been to as well. Round of applause! 👏🏻
