Food and coffee are great. The WiFi is absolutely garbage at best. Completely unreliable. And though it’s out of the shops control, the neighborhood parents with unruly kids running around and doing nothing about it makes for a loud and hectic environment that is the opposite of what I look for in a coffee shop.

This coffee shop moved into Snider Plaza not to long ago and it is so nice to have an alternative to Starbucks. I love the feel when you first walk in of cozy corner coffee shop, and the coffee is amazing! It is a bit pricer than Starbucks but I much prefer to support a local spot. The service is wonderful and the folks are so nice who work there. I also cannot get enough of their brioche breakfast sandwich with pesto. Get it and thank me later with a cup of dirty chai.

It is a decent place to spend time studying outside the SMU Law School. Beverages are a bit spendy, but the staff is dedicated to making customers feel fulfilled. Additionally, their “dirty” chai teas are lovely!

Bummer the internet isn't working. The staff said the internet frequently goes out. Doesn't make sense the computer system still works. being this is located within walking distance to a college, I'd look into getting this resolved ASAP.

White Rock Coffee in University Park is Great! The staff greets everyone with sincerity and anxious to take your order. If they don't, we'll, not everyone can be that welcoming, each and every day. You will still be a valued customer. They will make your drink the way you ask; . , .. and you can sit down inside or out to enjoy your beverage. So getting into and out of White Rock Coffee, University Park, can occasional be difficult, but I've prevailed each and everyday. Walking will not hurt you one bit, trust me, the coffee experience is better than any the mermaid can provide!
