Informative and welcoming, whether passing through or staying in valley view this is the place to stop and enjoy some creative moonshine and drink creations. Or have a solid bourbon or vodka. Sit next to the distillery and bask in the ambience. Small town feel, big town quality. Highly recommend.

What a hidden gem....Josh (the bartender) was so informative and such a great, friendly guy. We had the best time hanging out at Whiskey Hollow and look forward to returning soon. Not only were the cocktails great (and we tried several of them) but the moonshine was just as good!! The root beer, pickle and watermelon were my favorite!!! We will definitely be back!!!

We are visiting Texas while on vacation and stopped in at this place and its is awesome. My wife and I had came in 45 minutes before they cosed.The staff was super chill. Some of the best tasting whiskey,moonshine and rum. We both got the flight of 4 and loved it. We went home with bottle of peach moonshine. But the pirates brew rum is where it's at.

This place is awesome. Very laid back atmosphere but service and whiskey selection was just perfect, especially after a day of visiting wineries. Very fun menu of tastings. And the actual drinks are really good. Small place, but truly love the laid back atmosphere just to relax and enjoy drinks / tastings with friends. Definitely worth a visit, and the staff who work here are super cool.

I thought whiskey hollow was okay. The service could’ve been a little more welcoming, but the moonshine was on point.I have no other complaints. It’s a small place, so don’t expect lots of space. But it’s an old building. So I understand.Regardless, it’s still cute and a good place for adults to visit.The drinks are reasonably priced, the moonshine is delicious and overall the patrons are even sweet.
