Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I work in McKinney so I normally go to that one …I’ve been to this Braums three different times and every time they mess up a chocolate malt ALL 3 times, made by three different people. 😞 I literally left there pulled into QT and threw this last one in the trashcan.

Breakfast is great.

Horrible service I order a plain cheese burger and they gave me one with everything and pickles I am allergic to pickles the guy would not let me give him my order and would interfere with what I was telling him I wanted. if your going to take an order take it right don’t just keep ignoring me to take window order which there was another person doing that job he keeped cutting that guy off too. If you don’t like the job you have switch

When I first got here, I ate this 3x a day. Lol i literally couldn’t stop. It’s so good.

Milkshakes are unmatched

I can’t control myself enough to even get a picture I devour it in that braums sauce.

Where are all the workers? SLOW..in the morning both drive thru and dine in. The whole point i went inside was to get over the drive thru line. Nope!!Same 2 workers… tells me she has to answer the 4 cars outside FIRST instead of me. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

It was so fun in here and they had a really cute worker and everyone was nice

Disappointed with how easy it is for them to screw up such a small order. First the mix I ordered wasn’t even full! See photo. Secondly, ordered a scoop of ice cream in a cup and they try to hand it over in a waffle one.

I went to get a coke and I got spewed on because the nozzle wasn’t on the dispenser. I told them about it. A guy came out to but nozzle back on and dropped it on the floor. He picked it up and then dropped it into to water that rinses the ice cream scoops. Then another person walked up to get a coke and she got spewed have on too in her work clothes. I went to get tea and the sweet tea was just water. My meal finally came out and barely had any eggs on it (big country breakfast).
Usually the hash browns are way over cooked but today they were eatable.
The shift manager just said he was on it and never apologized for the lack of eggs and the trouble with the drinks. Very disappointing experience today. I have been a weekly customer of store 82 since it was built. My order was 118 on 6/12/25. I didn’t see a phone number for store owner on receipt or on front door for issues. Just a store number and get the shift manager either I had just dealt with. It’s a sad day in Van Alstyne. I have really enjoyed being a patron here until now.

$6 for eggs?? Really.

It’s been an awful experience the last 3 visits! After I called and yelled at the so called night manager, I called back to apologize. NONE OF OUR ORDER WAS CORRECT! I’m calling their corporate office they need to improve. Not to mention my husband seeing one employee talking disrespectful to another employee in front of customers. Then when I called back to apologize she did not listen to anything I said and was talking to others while on the phone with me and hung up on me.

An employee asked my daughter if she understands English just because she wasn’t answering her. She’s extremely shy and was eating her ice cream. This employee just looked at our Hispanic features and assumed she wasn’t answering because she didn’t speak English. I guarantee you she wouldn’t ask a black or white person if their kid understood English, so why are you asking me?
