The windows were very dirty as were most of the tables. We ordered ice cream and they weren't full scoops. Being a former Braum's member in my younger adult life. I was trained very well & shown the importance of proper food weight & presentation. They young ladies were kind ,however didn't seem very bothered with performance and excellence of Service on all levels. This was my second attempt to bring family here for a nice outing. We won't return....
Always good hamburgers. Always take my mom here when I visit her. A braum's burger, french fries and a large cherry limeade and then ½ gallon of ice cream for her to take home.
Noone knew how to make a freeze. I was asked what I wanted in it. Maybe the employees should know what is on their menu. We had to wait a while before we were even helped. No one was in line before us either. The poor little girl that was helping us kept asking for help and no one would help her or tell her how to make the dang freeze. Another customer finally told her. Management needs to ensure better training and maybe some training in customer service.
