Drive thru very rush. Couldn't make my order like I wanted. I wanted 3 pieces roasted with thigh, leg and breast. I got 2 wings, thigh and a breast. I don't care for wings. Face to face the lady attitude wasn't cheerful more like rush me out of the drive thru.

I had recently ordered a family pack on the app and unfortunately my pick up time was during a terrible storm that knocked out this location’s power (9/21/25). Because of this, they were unable to fill my entire order (it was a big order). The people working during the storm were so kind. They took down my information and suggested the best time to come back for my order and then sent me home with some complimentary chicken and rolls that had just been cooked. It was so appreciated. I came back two days later and had no trouble filling my order from Sunday. Kudos to the team at this location! They could not help the storm that came through and certainly did not have to send me home with anything that day. I appreciate you guys!

The Golden Chick in Van Alstyne is without a doubt the slowest and least accurate place ever. Placed our order, which we had to repeat it six times and was then asked to pull around and park. Almost 30 mins later, we still didn't have our order, although 3 cars that came after us had already left. Took the receipt inside and was treated like we had 3 heads and were told we'd have to wait for them to drop the chicken. Please don't waste your time or money here.

Just came through drive thru and I'm loving this Golden Sandwich . Is this a Hawaiian Bread bun? I'm diggin the flavors. For sure coming back this week . The People at the window were all very nice! Even caught a joke with one of them. NICE Job!

Went here to get a 12 piece chicken with 2 sides. They said the didn't have enough chicken so they threw it extra roasted and fried and rolls. Got home the 2 sides well only 1 was there. Decided not to go back or call cause they gave us extra chicken. Eating the chicken a few pieces were not thoroughly cooked. Breading was done and chicken was raw in middle. Heard bad things about this location and actually had a bad experience year ago but decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN. IN MY OPINION THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND I AM TELLING ALL YOU CUSTOMERS TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
